Some of the things we discussed trying today: - inhibiting NHEJ - synchronising in G2 - co-selection - Oubain method - CRISPR “prime editing” - nucleofector -RNP delivery -viral delivery If anyone has used these techniques and seen an increase in efficiency I’d love to chat
