Fun fact, if you switch your Twitter account location to Germany, you’ll see far less hate speech in your feed because they are required by law remove forms hate speech and pro nazi rhetoric. So they CAN do it.
Engagement numbers are the only thing that matter to these people. They are accountable to no one. It’s a sad reality.

Black licorice!? Ew, nasty. I thought I knew you people.
Can we just call this whole debacle what it is, which besides embarrassing, is just racism masked in political double speak. There is no amount of charity one can give their argument to make it seem anything less than disappointing—and frankly, disgusting. idahoednews.org/kevins-blog/…

If you are trying to establish your cred by dismissing the work of a now dead thinker/writer/musician, when you could have just as easily ignored them, I don’t have time for you. – at Boise, ID

Insecurity can get the best of us all! Unless you are “lucky” enough to have a narcissistic personality disorder or possess sociopathic tendencies. Or both. I hear you can get pretty far. 🙄

I’m probably in the minority there. I more enjoy where Christian Madsbjerg is coming from. I connected with his book Sensemaking. None of this is strictly UX per se. Also Design for Dasein. More of a humanities approach.

I get a little grumpy when I have to endure anything about Design Thinking. I know people love it and I get it, but just seems overly simplistic approach. Like it’s this algorithm where you can crank out products through iteration and sticky notes.
I got a bone to pick with UX literature. Often it fails to acknowledge any inherent limitations in place. In my experience UX isn’t done in a vacuum. You’re always navigating a gauntlet of less than ideal circumstances to try to make the best product that is possible #UX
Also, I believe some of these 360 captures were created by @boisestateCID GIMM students!
Today I want to recognize Ally Oliphant’s contributions to the new VR housing tour feature in the @boisestatelive mobile app. Ally is a senior in Computer Science and a true dual threat as an up-and-coming software engineer with an eye for design.
Things my 5 year old says:
5 year old: “Daddy?”
Me: “Yes, Sweetheart?”
5 year old: “Be careful of that.”
Me: “Be careful of what, Sweetheart?”
5 year old: “The couch pillow. I wiped my boogers on it.”
Me: 😕
