I recommend everyone to watch the #FyreFestival doc on @Netflix_CA (if you haven't already). Lots of crossover to the cannabis industry in my opinion, especially on the investment side. If it sounds too good to be true, its because it probably is. Always do your homework 🔥

#Terpenes are finally making their cannabis regulatory debut! Required uniform distribution of both cannabinoids AND terpenes in extracts and topicals. Also, revisions to record keeping requirements to include info obtained on terpene profiles.

Proposed that the Food and Drugs Act would NOT apply to edible cannabis but you would have to comply with the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (as well as the Cannabis Regulations).

Up to 30 mg of naturally occurring caffeine may be present in edible cannabis...this effectively excludes cannabis-infused coffee beverages. But some types of tea beverages may be possible??
