There is agreement that alignment between your education vision & practice is important. However, there is confusion around alignment in education - so I'm working on some short videos that explain what needs to be aligned, common egs of mis-alignment & how to minimise them. 1/2
2/2 One of the things that struck me when doing this is that we tend to confuse purpose and vision - it seems to me that if your vision is what you aim to achieve then the specified curriculum sets out your vision. Watch this space ...
