They're not using the free models that the avg person bases their opinion on. Opus 5.5 outperforms any dev alive right now and it came out less than a month ago, with bigger models releasing later this year, & there are HIGHLY experienced devs reviewing everything they "vibecode"

Computers are literally 10,000,000 times faster now than when I released my first game, but game development timelines are 5x slower and debugging is far more difficult. AI literally leverages the computing gains to solve the problems of scaling and tools.
