Some things, are badly forged. A Fortress stays standing tall when new things are put in to keep it standing!🏰
What am i talking about?! Our new search bar of course! Having trouble finding a creator you like or an asset you need. Use the new search bar to find it faster! 🔍

I find it crazy there are as many uefn “devs” who defend this type of behaviour as the people who play these maps.
Like, it’s saddening there’s actual people who find “piece control 1v1s 1500+ free skins!” a passionate aspect of their life
How I love this ecosystem. Yes, @TimSweeneyEpic @HaroldAtEpic @FNCreate, really is… Everything depends on the quality of the game and its technology. This system is truly fair. There’s no favoritism, no double standards, and no hypocrisy. That’s Fortnite UEFN, right ?)

C1SX Rift Bubble Mat vs OGSX Rift Bubble Mat.
Ch1 mats have literally not been removed from files btw
(C1SX on Left, OGSX on Right)
Thank you to @AllyJax_ for pointing this out!
Threw in a fun fact there

The beauties of deprecating a reliable system that has worked for years, to bum rush the release of of another system still in its infancy.
The perks of being a guinea pig for Epic.
Hey @FNCreate,
When are we going to see better mesh support in Scene Graph?
It's extremely frustrating that issues I raised years ago, like mantling and other movement mechanics not working properly with Scene Graph meshes, are STILL unresolved.
I've been working on a huge update for Color Drop, and it's incredibly disappointing to have my creative vision limited by issues that should have been addressed long ago.
Now I'm left with two options: rebuild my systems yet again or create redundant workarounds just to make basic functionality work as intended.
Honestly, it pisses me off that I'm still being forced to rely on Blueprints because Scene Graph can't handle some of the most basic functionality that creators need.
We're years into Scene Graph's development. At what point can we expect it to reliably support the fundamental mechanics required to build games without constantly working around its limitations?
If Scene Graph is the future of UEFN, let's stop carrying the limitations of the past into it.
Do you think we’ll ever get to a point where there’s people who chose ai content and those who go for indie?
I imagine a decent compromise artists and business people just live in the same world and there’s 2 different outputs that people choose to consume, that which made by man, and that which made by machine.
But how long would this compromise last before the machine side wants the other side? Or have we already been moving in that direction already?
I don’t understand why the concept of “putting down the pencil” is such a prominent statement for something that’s considered a form of leisure.
Ch4-7 is when epic finally straightened out all of the props geometry, everything became sleeker and more symmetrical. I don’t hate the way Fortnite looks now but to say that “this art style doesn’t show what Fortnite is” is honestly a really stupid take. Fortnite’s always changing, every year you go from Island a to island B, the true artstyle of Fortnite would have switched back to wacky edge or even use their current style and old style alongside each other which is sometimes done on the blitz maps. Fortnite should feel like an ever evolving game, not a simple world tour.
👻The Frights have entered The Fortress!🎃
We wanted to spruce the site up to show you all that we got that Spooky Spirit!🧹
Check out the new theme and why not pick up some assets you didn't know your project needed while you stop by? 👇

Awards were given to teams that got up and made the games that they’ve long wanted. Ai throws a wrench into so many aspects of what gives a game an award now.
“This games writing is so unique and cool”
“This games graphics are amazing and a technical jump in the gaming industry”
“This game has the best community support out there”
Right now I don’t see concern but with this rising epidemic of using AI “as a tool” ( aka invading the art side of the “product” in terms of cinematics and key art ) is going to give people less ways to judge and reward creators for hard work when the hard work is done by the machine that translates and idea from someone’s head.
Fortnite’s discovery already shows that not everyone’s idea should be translated to a product or an artistic piece.
People don’t want to judge what a computer makes,
The entirety of the season 5 map for Remixed Royale has furniture & foliage, modernizing lazy links and checking for anywhere I may have missed before I start on the final step which is promo media, this will actually be the most tedious since I’ll need a trailer
