Robotic‑assisted total hip arthroplasty delivers clinically comparable results to manual surgery. In a study of 1,364 matched patients, both approaches achieved similar rates of meaningful improvement, implant survivorship, and 90‑day complication outcomes.

Lateral UKA showed a survivorship rate of 98.0% at 5yr, 96.0% at 10yr, and 94.5% at 15yr. When including patients who underwent additional surgery for the progression of arthritis, survivorship was 97.4% at 5yr, 95.4% at 10yr, and 91.3% at 15yrs.
