Tukaram ji is doing God’s work. Give him Bharat Ratna already. Every single doctor who works for a big hospital knows about this inflated pricing but no one speaks up. Great to see an IAS speaking against the malpractice. More power to you!
The most expensive part of a hospital bill may never touch the hospital at all. A patient admitted for care has no way of knowing whether the price on a medical consumable reflects its actual cost or a markup fixed long before it ever reached the ward. That gap in information is, at its core, a public health issue. A survey of hospital consumables in Maharashtra found an IV infusion set with a trade price of ₹11.05 carrying a printed MRP of ₹325 ; a markup of 2,841%. A syringe procured at ₹6.75 carried an MRP of ₹57.20. A catheter procured at ₹29.41 carried an MRP of ₹310. These are not elective purchases. Patients cannot compare prices, seek alternatives, or question a number printed on a box while receiving care and the MRP itself is often fixed upstream by manufacturers and distributors, disconnected from the trade price by a wide, unexplained margin. The result is a system where the party bearing the cost has the least information to evaluate it. The regulatory gap is structural: scheduled medicines are capped under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013. Most medical devices and consumables are not leaving both the pricing and the information around it almost entirely unmonitored. A review of these findings and clear guidelines on the permissible gap between trade procurement price and declared MRP have been recommended to the Department of Pharmaceuticals and the NPPA ; a step toward closing not just a pricing gap, but the information gap patients are left to bear alone. #PublicHealth #GoodGovernance #Leadership #TukaramMundhe moneycontrol.com/news/busine…

Imagine fighting a case & ur opponent’s friend is made a helper to the court. Her suggestions are given weightage over anyone else. That’s what is precisely happening in the matter. Dog NGO’s executive is made an amicus, can v really expect dog menace to control? @NCMIndiaa
In case anyone is concerned abt stray dog menace, pls read this thread. Delhi HC has appointed Maneka Gandhi's secratary as amicus, & ordered that all dogs should be released back to the area they were captured from. It was noted that noone has come forward to oppose this.

Only in India, such stray dog bites and gang behaviour has been normalised. Pathetic! Western countries protect their kids at any cost, here they serve as a fodder for stray dogs and dog mafia comes up with gaslighting stories every time.
Human haters shall call this video fake.

The only reason mafia & its puppets keep asking for ABC is because they know it’s never going to work at scale. More dogs leads to more dog bites, more vaccine sale & more donation in the name of fake “compassion”. Unless central govt intervenes this menace will never go away.

Please consider The Senior Citizen Savings Scheme (SCSS) for your parents. Government-backed program offering an interest rate of 8.2%. 5-year tenure, a maximum deposit limit of ₹30L. If your parents have no other income, interest is tax free. 8.2% without tax is a no brainer

Kids, disabled, elderly in India are mauled to death by rabid stray dogs. Yet PETA, which recommends euthanasia to even non-rabid stray dogs in the west, opposes sheltering stray dogs in India. Foreign NGOs are pouring money into killing Indians. We don't hate these demons enough
Class 2 student of Primry School Bojh Farm of #Chitrakoot Bargad area was brutally attacked &bitten by a stray dog inside d school Further apathy at d hospital& d child d!ed If only SCs order of removal of strays was follwd. Head of any instt not follwng order shud b penalised.

If you pay organizations per stray dog, you get more stray dogs and the NGOs fight hard to maximize the strays population. @i_m_harshitsing @LekhakAnurag
If you pay organizations per homeless person, you get more homeless people and the NGOs fight hard to maximize the homeless population. Whatever you incentivize will happen.

Just see how these pawns of dog mafia create fictitious infographics using AI and pass absolutely garbage info to the world. Apparently, this graphic was created in 2023 , yet it references report from 2025. 🤣🤣🤣 @kapsology @i_m_harshitsing
India features in the list of 6 countries in the world where stray dogs are in crisis 1. India 2. Pakistan 3. Kazakhstan 4. Turkey 5. Romania 6. Morocco CRISIS ZONES Dogs are facing an active systemic threat through collection, confinement, culling, euthanasia policies, inadequate capacity, or major policy changes affecting large numbers of dogs. What a shame that India is on the list. No longer a Nation of Ahimsa. @RajatSharmaLive @PhaedraXTeddy @DogDeskAction

BIG NEWS 🚨 Annamalai submits a five-page resignation letter. He will form a new party. He envisions a political platform that combines Tamil identity with a national outlook. There was a massive craze for him during his yatra. He is reportedly planning to launch a new regional political party with what associates describe as a "Nationalist", "Secular" and "Tamil-first" outlook.

How is that Musk, the richest guy in the world feels helpless on such situations but the older dude Soros with lesser money literally runs the network of mafia across the world on his finger tips?
Both men said “I can’t breathe”, but only one man’s death was covered relentlessly by the media. The only conclusion that can be drawn is that the legacy mainstream media is incredibly, hatefully racist against Whites.

This is exactly the reason behind stray dog menace in India.
If you pay organizations per homeless person, you get more homeless people and the NGOs fight hard to maximize the homeless population. Whatever you incentivize will happen.
