GHK-Cu, the copper repair peptide, explained 🧬
Your body makes it naturally, but levels drop by more than half between age 20 and 60.
🧴 Topical: the strongest human evidence, for skin quality, fine lines and hair
💉 SubQ: experimental, explored for tissue repair, and the evidence is mostly preclinical
The video also covers what it stacks with (the GLOW blend, KPV, GLP-1s), side effects, and who should avoid it.

Retatrutide just showed major results for sleep apnea + weight loss in two big Phase 3 trials (just published in NEJM).
This is the triple agonist (GLP-1 + GIP + glucagon) that people have been watching. In adults with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) plus obesity/overweight (with or without type 2 diabetes), weekly retatrutide cut the number of breathing pauses per hour (AHI) by a lot after 80 weeks:
• In the non-diabetes trial: roughly 23–34 fewer events per hour vs ~10 on placebo
• In the diabetes trial: roughly 19–25 fewer events per hour vs ~10 on placebo
Those are big drops — well past the usual “clinically meaningful” threshold. The higher doses generally did better, and the improvements lined up with substantial weight loss (about 12–22% depending on the dose and group).
Side effects were mostly the usual GI ones (nausea, etc.). There were also improvements in blood pressure and lipids.
This is still investigational — not approved yet. The full peer-reviewed data just dropped (presented at a sleep conference and published in NEJM). Topline OSA signals had been seen earlier, but these are the detailed dual-trial results.

Apothecary Pharma pulled specific lots of tirzepatide injections after the FDA flagged a lack of sterility assurance, classifying it as a Class II recall. The pharmacy had prior FDA warnings for risky practices, amid surging demand for GLP-1 drugs like tirzepatide and semaglutide, which track with a drop in U.S. adult obesity from 39.9% in 2022 to 36.8% in 2026. New research shows GLP-1 drugs may protect the gut from injury, but experts urge caution with compounded versions due to hundreds of reported adverse events and calls for healthier lifestyles.
Just want to say thank you to those of you who have been leaving vendor reviews. Very appreciative.
These just hit:
• 5-star review for Peptide Plugs with product pics @tonymission
• 5-star review for Forge Performance. This vendor has been trending for a few weeks now @ForgePerformCo
Give them both a look if you are currently buying peptides or related compounds.

We just denied another peptide vendor listing this evening. That is five so far in the last week. Testing was woefully insufficient and labs used have more red flags than dating a stripper. Not allowing that crap on our site. Plenty of good vendors out there to order from who have quality product. Use our site as a reference. Vendors listed in our price index are ones we've personally ordered from, used their products, or have spoken directly to the owner multiple times. They are confirmed reputable. Happy researching!
We have close to 50 vendors listed on our site. We just removed two because they closed up shop (Soma + Apex) and we removed another one because upon further investigation we found COAs listed not under their business name. Now maybe they have a reseller relationship or something, but we don't feel any need to lower the bar. 50 vendors is plenty to choose from. If we listed every vendor who applied, we'd be well over 100+ listed. Instead we'd rather list those that are worthy and keep vetting so if we need to relegate to the bench we can do so. Being listed once doesn't guarantee further listing. Vendors are good until they are not.
For those of you using our peptide research journal, we've made some improvements today that are now live. We've streamlined the inventory process and updated the UI to make it more useful. Also added some high res vial graphics to give a realistic visual of how much peptide / molecule you have left.
We started digging into what “sterility tested” actually means on vendor COAs. The label alone doesn’t tell you much—some reports show PCR screening or bioburden counts, which aren’t USP <71>.
So far, we’ve confirmed USP <71> reports linked to in-stock batches from:
• Peptidology
• Virtus Peptides
• Peptide Partners
• Mile High Compounds
That’s 4 of our 47 listed vendors, or 8.5%, confirmed so far. We’re still checking the rest, so don’t read that as “the other 91.5% don’t test.”

Nanjing Chengong’s parent (Nanjing Hanxin) was flagged in a 2025 Brookings analysis as a large supplier of compounded GLP-1 ingredients. Chengong itself has numerous NDC listings for research peptide powders.

Chengdu Shengnuo is a listed Chinese peptide API manufacturer with U.S. DMF filings. It had large (undisclosed) GLP-1 API supply contracts and meaningful U.S. revenue before suspending shipments after the import alert.
8/
A former FDA official described the findings as suggesting “a serious accident waiting to happen.” The finished compounded drugs themselves were not tested in these inspections — the issues are the manufacturing conditions and documentation for the ingredients.
