What if we told you there’s a town in India where political banners don’t last more than 24 hours? In Sulthan Bathery, cleanliness isn’t just a rule, it’s a way of life. From midnight clean-ups to strict fines and active citizens, this place is setting a benchmark most cities haven’t even thought of yet. Watch this video to see how an entire town came together to make it happen and stayed consistent. #CleanIndia #Kerala #SulthanBathery #civicsense #civicsenseIndia [Sulthan Bathery, Kerala, Civic Discipline, Civic Sense India]

Why do we look for God in temples and places outside ourselves, when the divine can also be experienced within? In the Vedic tradition, temples were not central to spiritual practice in the way they are today. Many of the sages and saints we revere belonged to an age where spirituality was deeply rooted in inner exploration, contemplation, and direct experience of the divine. There is nothing wrong with visiting a temple, it can be a meaningful expression of faith. But perhaps we should ask ourselves: Are we truly connecting with the divine, or simply performing the rituals? Because spirituality isn't only about where we go to find God. It is also about turning inward and experiencing the divinity that already exists within us. #Temples #Religion #Spirituality #Heartfulness #Meditation

Hi, I’m 99 year old Nayantara Sahgal, and I’m still alive. I'm the woman whose photo @amitmalviya first weaponised on 15 Nov 2017 to malign my mamu (uncle) Nehru. I’m the daughter of freedom fighters R.S. Pandit & Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit - Nehru’s sister. Here’s my story. 🧵1/11

Everyone is debating the paper leak. Almost nobody is debating the queue. 40% of graduates under 25 are unemployed. Graduates are two-thirds of India's unemployed. 12 million young Indians join the workforce every year. The anger on the streets isn't about one exam. It's a generation discovering that the exam they bet their childhood on leads to a queue, not a job. And here's the hard truth: you cannot exam-reform your way out of a jobs shortage. A fairer queue is still a queue. This generation needs a third door. Today a young Indian has two imagined futures: sarkari naukri or private job. Building something of your own is the third, and right now it's mostly reserved for kids with networks and family money. After 17 years in this ecosystem, I've written a full implementable policy blueprint to change that. A National Entrepreneurship Mission. One door, one entrepreneur ID, one journey from "I want to do something" to "I built something." District idea banks for graduates who don't know what to build. A mentor and an AI co-pilot for every founder. Every scattered govt fund on one spine. 10 lakh enterprises in 5 years. Minimum 40-50 lakh jobs created by this generation instead of demanding for it. Rollout in 15 months, because every piece already exists. After returning, he developed severe mental illness. For the last 13 years, his family has been forced to keep him chained at home for safety. His wife says they spent everything on treatment and begged authorities for help — but got none. This brave soldier who defended the nation now needs our help. An Indian traveler had just returned from a foreign trip. He saw a man sitting in his car, eating food and throwing the garbage straight onto the road. The traveler shouted at him for littering. Instead of feeling ashamed, the man chased him to beat him. In this country, trying to teach basic civic sense can even put your life at risk. So if you try to correct someone, be careful.
