Nigerian restaurateur, a local dish should taste like local dish. Don't alter local dishes to appeal to foreign palate. A foreigner who wants to eat local dish should eat authentic local dish. A Nigerian should not be in Nigeria and local dish is unpalatable. When we go abroad, we eat foreign food for the experience. Foreign restaurants do not alter the taste to suit your African taste bud. The same should apply in Nigeria.
A spicy food should be spicy. A peppery food should be peppery. A well cooked food should be well cooked. I shouldn't be looking for the taste or spice or pepper in a local food. If you want to open an European restaurant, than call it that and leave 9ja food out of the menu.

Me that just left there recently is telling you there is nothing working in Ekiti.
The village I stayed there whole local government hasn't seen power in over 5 years.
Few days to Christmas I wanted to buy ingredients for fried rice, I had to travel to Ado to buy carrot etc.

This man hit my car from behind even after I cut my hand and avoided him. He came down blaming the vehicle that did U-turn in front of him.
I was very angry & ready to make him pay, not until his boss came down quietly, shut him up to stop blaming anyone, then begged me.

A food influencer went to a restaurant and asked them to give him free food in exchange for a good review. He even showed them his accounts across all social media platforms, but they declined and asked him to pay for his food.
He bought the food and went on to give them a horrible review. The restaurant saw the video and released footage of him begging them for free food. 😭😭🤣🤣🤣
