It is with a heavy heart that we share that Ron Panchyshyn, one of the founders of the Officiating Program in Alberta, passed away February 27th after a courageous battle with cancer. Our thoughts are with Ron's family and friends during this difficult time.

On behalf of all officials in the North East we’d like to pass on our deepest condolences to the Jacobs family. Big Jake was a past Provincial RIC but more importantly a friend with a giving spirit and tonight we mourn with the Jacobs family and the entire Officiating community.

The North Central Region sends its deepest condolences to the Jacobs family. It was rare to get through a Stettler Jr.B game without a visit from Big Jake #ATTABOY
