Police have said a fight broke out in front of a bar on 8th Street.
National Guard arrived to break it up when a suspect pulled a gun and fired at the guard, striking one in the leg. Three National Guard members returned fire, striking the suspect in the abdomen. Both were transported with non life threatening injuries.
