UniversalX changes everything. To finish the week on a high note, and prior to @UseUniversalX’s V2 release, a quick reflection on its impact and what’s to come. Two things are true: ✨UniversalX is the first chain-abstracted application (ChApp). ✨This demonstrates the power of ChA, and proves that there’s real demand for it beyond theory. Of course, this couldn’t be done without Universal Accounts. As mentioned in our previous article, UniversalX implements them in a straightforward manner, also showcasing a new paradigm for building dApps. This implementation can be summarized in three points: 1️⃣ UniversalX leverages Universal Accounts' capabilities through Primary Tokens, which can be held and spent across any chain collectively. These allow you to buy and sell across all chains. 2️⃣ UniversalX uses an intent-centric architecture coupled with strategic DEX integrations. When you click “Buy”, your intentions are translated into actionable instructions for Fillers and Universal Accounts to move liquidity to fulfill them. 3️⃣ Universal Accounts and UniversalX leverage the Particle Chain as a coordination engine for Liquidity Providers, ensuring successful execution and validating transactions. Universal Accounts are here to drive Web3 adoption. With the upcoming Universal SDKs release and EIP-7702 support (with Ethereum’s Pectra upgrade), applications and wallets will be able to become chain-abstracted almost instantly. In 2025, you’ll see barriers between blockchain ecosystems fade away. You’ll see more efficient liquidity utilization across chains, and blockchains focus on developer features rather than end-user attraction. UniversalX is just the first domino.
