Today marks five years since we lost my brother, Mike Fitzpatrick—the greatest public servant I have ever known. His profound love for our family, our community, and our country defined his life, and his tireless dedication to others set a standard of service that continues to inspire me every day.
Mike wasn’t just my big brother; he was my role model—a man of unwavering integrity, selflessness, and a deep commitment to the common good. Taken from us far too soon at just 57, his legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched. I, along with our entire family, miss him every day and remain guided by the extraordinary example he set.
