Esther Vilar exposed this in 1971 and they wanted her dead for it. A woman attacked her on live TV. That's how dangerous the truth was.
Here is her thesis, without the sugar coating:
A man is born with one purpose — to serve.
He is trained from childhood. Be strong. Don't cry. Work hard. Make money. Protect her. Provide for her. Die for her. If you do all of that, you might be called a "real man." If you don't, you are nothing. A failure. A bum. Not a man at all.
He spends 40 years breaking his back. In construction, in mines, on oil rigs, in wars. He comes home broken, with a paycheck that is never his. It goes to her house. Her kids. Her lifestyle. Her security.
And she has the audacity to call him her oppressor.
Think about it. What oppressor works 12 hours a day so the oppressed can stay home? What oppressor is told to go down with the ship while the oppressed gets the lifeboat? What oppressor pays for a house he doesn't own, for kids that will be taken from him, for a lifestyle that will be used as evidence that he was "controlling" her?
Vilar said women have 3 weapons and they never fail:
*1. PRAISE:* "You're such a good provider, honey." Translation: Keep working, slave.
*2. PRESSURE:* Nagging, guilt, tears, silent treatment until he obeys.
*3. WITHHOLDING:* Intimacy becomes a transaction. He gets it when he behaves. He loses it when he doesn't. Like training a dog.
She doesn't want equality. Equality would mean she carries the bricks. She works the sewers. She dies in the wars. She asks you out. She pays for the date. She splits rent 50/50 without complaint.
She doesn't want that. No woman ever wanted that.
What she wants is a comfortable master. A man strong enough to provide, dumb enough to believe he is in charge. A man who pays for her freedom while calling himself free.
Love? Marriage? Vilar said those were invented by women to lock down a provider for life. He thinks he chose her. No. She chose him. She audited his future income and gave him permission to serve her.
The system is rigged. He loses his kids in court and pays her to raise them. He loses his house and pays her to live in it. He loses his health and is told to "man up." And if he complains, he is called toxic, weak, insecure.
The most exploited animal on this planet is the man who believes his worth is measured by how much he can provide for a woman who secretly despises him.
Vilar's solution was brutal and true:
The only free man is the man who no longer seeks female validation.
The moment you stop needing her praise, her approval, her body you become ungovernable. You work for yourself. You live for yourself. You keep what is yours.
Until then, you are not a man. You are a resource. A utility. A wallet with a pulse.

Mormonism holds a complicated set of beliefs, and they change, as does their presentation. No wonder Christians are confused by them. On one hand their entire religion is based on Christianity getting it wrong and Joseph Smith and Co. coming around to put it right (The Great Apostasy).
And at the same time they also claim they are the same, they are Christians too. In fact some will even be upset if you use their self-chosen name "Mormon" or mention the "Latter Day Saints" part of the name of their church. They just want to fly under the radar as "Church of Jesus Christ" and "Christian" in the most generic possible terms because the moment titles and doctrine gets specific, the differences are overwhelming.
In addition to the dishonesty regarding titles, the same is true when the doctrines are described. They are taught to present their theology in such terms that Christians will misunderstand as compatible.
"We believe Jesus is God" is a phrase that means a lot of very specific things to both groups, very specific different things. Their belief is that Jesus A god, one of many, and you will become one too. How you are, that's how Jesus once was and then He graduated to His present level of divinity and authority. Does that sound like Christianity?
It shouldn't. And yet, how are you supposed to know they mean that when they say "Jesus is God"?
You're not. If their primary approach to evangelism is deception, what should you be able to rightly conclude about the rest of their beliefs, and its source?

The Protestant Reformation spanned 131 years, from Martin Luther's posting of the 95 Theses on October 31, 1517, to the signing of the Peace of Westphalia, which ended the Thirty Years' War on October 24, 1648.
131 years.
During this time, roughly 7-15 million people are estimated to have lost their lives from famine, disease, battles and violence.
The "Sack of Magdeburg" was the single deadliest atrocity of the Thirty Years' War resulting in the deaths of around 20,000 of its 25,000 citizens. In fact, so many bodies filled the streets of Magdeburg that they had to be dumped into the Elbe River for days on end afterward.
The Reformation was without a doubt one of the most significant events in the history of our world, and especially in Western history.
The majority of people alive today don't know October 31 to be anything other than the secularized version of Halloween, and many don't even know what the Reformation was.
Yet instead of declaring the month of October "Protestant Reformation" month, dedicated to its deep history and impact on the world, this is what our modern society chooses to do with it...

This is simply not the Biblical case. Throughout the entire Bible, Old and New Testament the death penalty is a thing. From Genesis all the way through the Epistles God has said that it is a just punishment for certain sins enacted by appropriate authorities.
This is not a conditional thing where God ever says "The power of the sword may no longer be wielded by governments once they are rich enough to lock people up forever." The Roman Empire was pretty rich, Paul probably could have written something about that then if God wanted it.
At the end of the day, this is just vivid imagination with a fancy hat and a fancy chair, this isn't even Biblical interpretation.

The man who figured out what DNA actually looks like got WIPED from history for saying one thing out loud..
In 1953 James Watson discovered the double helix, the twisted ladder shape of DNA, basically cracking the code for how every living thing on Earth is built. He also won a Nobel Prize for it.
In 2007 he told a London paper that IQ testing shows gaps between races and that genes play a role, and the results? His book tour got canceled within days, and the lab he ran for almost 40 YEARS kicked him out as chancellor. He was so blacklisted he ended up selling his Nobel medal in 2014, saying he'd become an "unperson."
Then in 2019, at 90 years old, PBS asked him if he'd changed his mind. He said "No, not at all." The lab then stripped every title he had left.
The test score gap he talked about is real and documented, but the "trust the science" crowd would rather destroy a man than debate why it exists.
The greatest scientist of his generation essentially CANCELED for speaking his mind.
