🇮🇳 Yuva Sangam Phase VII | Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat
A delegation of 41 students and 6 faculty members from Gujarat departed for the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali, under Yuva Sangam Phase VII, an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat
programme.
Prof. H. B. Patel, Registrar (Offg.), Central University of Gujarat (CUG), flagged off the delegation and encouraged students to embrace this opportunity for cultural exchange and experiential learning. Prof. Atanu Mohapatra, Nodal Officer, Yuva Sangam Phase VII, also motivated the students to make the most of this enriching journey.

The Central University of Gujarat is delighted to share that Dr. Vinod Padil and Dr. Hitesh Kulhari have been featured in the World’s Top 2% Scientists – 2026 list, published in the Elsevier Data Repository based on Scopus data.
The 2026 edition recognizes researchers for their citation impact through two measures: career-long impact up to the end of 2025 and single-year impact based on citations received during 2025. The selection is based on standardized citation indicators, including a composite score that accounts for co-authorship and author positions.

Yuva Sangam Phase – VII | Valedictory Ceremony
The Central University of Gujarat successfully concluded Yuva Sangam Phase VII under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The valedictory ceremony was presided over by Prof. Atanu Bhattacharya, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor (In-Charge), Central University of Gujarat, and graced by Shri Himanjay Paliwal, Chairman, Gujarat State Sanskrit Board (Gujarat Rajya Sanskrit Board).
Addressing the gathering, Prof. Atanu Mahapatra, Nodal Officer, Yuva Sangam Phase VII, described the initiative as a wonderful opportunity to foster cultural exchange, mutual understanding, and national integration. The School of Environment and Sustainable Development (SESD) organize an online Lecture on "Water Quality analysis " by Dr. Shamshad Ahmad, District Water testing laboratory, Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam, Bahraich on 14th October 2026.
The session focused on the importance of water quality assessment and testing in ensuring access to safe and clean drinking water. Dr. Ahmad highlighted the importance of water quality testing and monitoring. He emphasized the need for safe drinking water to protect public health.
The session also focused on water contamination and sustainable water resource management. The lecture enhanced awareness about the significance of water quality analysis in environmental protection
🎉 डॉ. आंबेडकर सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस में गरबा एवं नवरात्रि उत्सव का भव्य आयोजन
डॉ. आंबेडकर सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस (DACE), गुजरात केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय (CUG) एवं चिल्ड्रन्स रिसर्च यूनिवर्सिटी के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में बुधवार को सेक्टर-29, गांधीनगर स्थित DACE परिसर में गरबा एवं नवरात्रि उत्सव का आयोजन किया गया।
शाम 6 बजे से आयोजित इस उत्सव में डांडिया रास और गरबा नृत्य की मनमोहक प्रस्तुतियों ने समां बांध दिया। पारंपरिक वेशभूषा में सजे विद्यार्थियों एवं प्रतिभागियों ने संगीत की मधुर धुनों पर उत्साहपूर्वक गरबा कर उत्सव की रौनक बढ़ाई।
इस आयोजन का उद्देश्य भारतीय सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं को प्रोत्साहित करना तथा समाज में एकता, सद्भाव और आपसी सौहार्द की भावना को सुदृढ़ करना था। कार्यक्रम में भारतीय लोकसंस्कृति, परंपरा और सामूहिक सहभागिता का सुंदर संगम देखने को मिला।
यह उत्सव सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए आनंदमय एवं यादगार अनुभव रहा और सांस्कृतिक एकता को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक सराहनीय पहल सिद्ध हुआ।
