Congrats @kaalagni09 and co-authors for this excellent result that demonstrates the highest coupling efficiency between an optical fibre and a thin silicon nitride waveguide using grating.
Researchers at @CeNSEatIISc, @iiscbangalore have developed embedded Si gratings for thin film SiN waveguides with future applications in quantum photonic ICs, on-chip sensors, LiDAR and RADAR.
