holy f*ck, NO HUMAN WEB DESIGNER WANTS TO COMPETE WITH THIS IN 2027. you’re watching AI agents build websites at a speed most humans can’t match. and the scary part? these tools are available to almost anyone. 7 GitHub repos you NEED to learn before your clients find someone who already has: 1. Bolt.diy - BUILD ENTIRE WEBSITES WITH AI generate, edit and run full-stack web apps with AI. github.com/stackblitz-labs/b… 2. shadcn/ui - PROFESSIONAL UI IN MINUTES beautiful, customizable components for modern websites. github.com/shadcn-ui/ui 3. Magic MCP - YOUR AI FRONTEND DESIGNER generate polished React components directly from your AI coding workflow. github.com/21st-dev/magic-mc… 4. Playwright MCP - AI THAT TESTS ITS OWN WORK let AI agents open websites, click buttons and catch UI bugs. github.com/microsoft/playwri… 5. Chrome DevTools MCP - FIX BROKEN WEBSITES FASTER give AI access to browser debugging, performance and network diagnostics. github.com/ChromeDevTools/ch… 6. Vercel Agent Skills - MAKE AI CODE PRODUCTION-READY React optimization, frontend best practices and web design reviews. github.com/vercel-labs/agent… 7. Webstudio - BUILD VISUALLY, KEEP CONTROL an open-source visual website builder with reusable components and styling. github.com/webstudio-is/webs… the real threat isn’t AI replacing every designer. it’s ONE person using AI to deliver what used to take an entire team. 2027 is getting closer. learn these tools before your competitors do. LIKE + BOOKMARK + REPOST this so your designer friends see it. and be honest in the comments: do you know anyone who’s already LOST THEIR JOB because of AI?

HOLY F*CK, IF YOU’RE A WEB DESIGNER IN 2026, THIS MIGHT BE YOUR LAST CHANCE TO STAY RELEVANT IN 2027. AI is making 3D design accessible to people who couldn’t even model a cube a year ago. save these 7 GitHub repos for your LLM before your competitors do: 1. Three.js - THE 3D ENGINE build interactive 3D websites, realistic materials, lighting and animations. github.com/mrdoob/three.js 2. React Three Fiber - 3D WITH REACT turn complex 3D scenes into interactive websites and dashboards. github.com/pmndrs/react-thre… 3. Blender MCP - LET CLAUDE CONTROL BLENDER create 3D models, edit scenes, apply materials and render with AI. github.com/ahujasid/mcp-for-… 4. Drei - MAKE REALISTIC 3D EASIER ready-made cameras, environments, reflections, glass materials and controls. github.com/pmndrs/drei 5. React Postprocessing - CINEMATIC VISUALS add bloom, depth of field and professional visual effects to 3D scenes. github.com/pmndrs/react-post… 6. React Three Rapier - REALISTIC PHYSICS make 3D objects collide, fall, bounce and interact with real-time physics. github.com/pmndrs/react-thre… 7. Theatre.js - ANIMATE LIKE A PRO create cinematic camera movements, keyframe animations and complex 3D sequences. github.com/theatre-js/theatr… the scary part? your next competitor might be ONE person with Claude Code and these free tools. (like me lol) the glass spider you’re watching? built with code-based 3D tools, no traditional animation pipeline needed. want to create something like this? like + save this post. comment “WEB” and I’ll share the prompt.

Andrej Karpathy: “A 1B model can be much more effective than most current LLMs. 90% of current models waste a ton of capacity and money on remembering stuff that doesn’t matter.” here is his 5 core thesis about Small LLM’s: 1. the intelligence was never the knowledge. Strip the memorized internet, keep the reasoning. What’s left is the cognitive core, and it’s small. 2. the core might fit in ~1B params. Maybe less. “Plenty of room at the bottom.” We’ve been paying for a library when we needed a brain. 3. size stopped being the bottleneck. What makes an agent work is the tools it can call and how tight the feedback loop is, not parameter count. 4. intelligence lives in the system, not the weights. A raw LLM is a CPU with no OS. Small core + good harness > giant model alone. 5. you can own it. A model on your hardware is one no one can rate-limit, price-hike, or deprecate on you. in 12 months the gap between teams shipping on-device and teams paying per-token frontier bills won’t be capability. TwIL an 8.8B model at 90%+ of frontier isn’t a benchmark flex. It’s the thesis Karpathy’s been repeating all year, made real. study more on this below ↓
Modest intelligence is arriving faster than most people realize. Today, we're open-sourcing TwIL-8B. Just 8.8 billion parameters, yet approaching frontier-model scores on several difficult benchmarks: • 93% of frontier performance on coding • 92% on instruction following • 90% on contest mathematics All from a model small enough to run on your own hardware. But the benchmarks aren't the most important part of this announcement. For years, the AI industry has focused on building the most capable model, regardless of the cost required to run it. I believe that equation is changing. The next era of AI will be defined by the cost of completing work. Not simply the intelligence of the model, but how efficiently that intelligence can accomplish the task. If a model with 8 billion parameters can reliably complete the same work as one with hundreds of billions, why pay for the larger model? As smaller models become more capable, intelligence becomes something we can distribute, specialize, and run across the hardware we already own. That's the future we're building at @thewebAI TwIL-8B is available today. Open weights. And this is just the first of several announcements we're making today.

WHAT THE F*CK... a bike ride through a forest that doesn't exist pulled 1.2M views on one reel 🤯 Here's the scoreboard: → 1.2M on the moonlit cabin by the lake. → 545K on the field of glowing dandelions. → 487K on the stone portal over the waterfall. You're on a bicycle, rolling down a road under burning pink trees, thousands of lanterns hang in the air, and turquoise waterfalls glow on both sides. There are no characters and no story, just a place your brain wishes were real. That's why people watch it to the end, save it as a wallpaper and send it to someone with "I want to live here". Every video on this page is the same idea: one impossible world, one camera move, one burst of color. My recipe: → Claude Code writes one world bible with the palette, the light and the details, so every scene feels like the same universe. → Higgsfield renders the frames through the MCP and moves the camera forward, so the viewer feels like they're inside. → A calm soundtrack goes on top, and next week the same world gets a new road, a new season or a new character. Even 0.1% of one 1.2M reel is 1,200 people walking into your shop or your app. My article below shows how to turn worlds like this into a cartoon business that makes $15K a month

My roommate hasn't slept since this shit... Claude Code just found a one-person website that made $4,800 in a single day. The guy who runs it has 27 followers on X, and he's selling the whole business for $360. It finds local businesses with no website, builds each one a site with AI in minutes and writes the pitch for you. A web agency you run alone from a laptop. This wasn't a screenshot from some guru. Every dollar was read straight from Stripe on TrustMRR, with the day it landed: $0 for 22 days, then $4,800 on one day. 48 people visited the site that whole month. He opened Claude Code on his MacBook, made a folder called steal and told it to pull the 25 fastest-growing businesses on TrustMRR with $1,000 to $20,000 of checked revenue last month. 10 names came back, and 8 never said where their customers come from. He started scrolling. A library of AI agent skills went from $27 in August to $12,216 in October, paid every single day. An email app for Mac went from $238 to $23,099 in one month. Then he opened the listing for the $4,800 site: "375 interested buyers saw this recently." People were lining up to buy it while he was still reading. Tiny businesses that make money don't need an audience, so nobody posts about them. Their numbers sit on a public page that almost nobody reads. Claude Code only runs this while his laptop is awake, so he gave the same job to viktor, an AI employee in his Slack that works from its own computer in the cloud. Every Monday it sends him the new winners and a steal sheet for the best one. He copied the website-for-local-shops one that weekend. By Friday four shops had paid him $400 each for sites he never designed. How many people are already copying the same 10 businesses, I don't know. To find yours, open Claude Code, make a folder called steal and ask it for the fastest-growing businesses with revenue checked by Stripe. The exact prompt he used is in the first comment, and the full setup for Claude and viktor is in the article below.

The video is AI-generated (looping backgrounds, unnatural cadence/speech), not real footage. Similar "precise" vs round pricing advice has been standard sales training since at least the 2000s. youtube.com/watch?v=qwovFE… thesaleshunter.com/video-sales-ti… thesaleshunter.com/sales-training…

🤝 Paid partnership
Opus 5.5 or Astra can now create professional-grade 3D outputs with path-traced rendering. Using Tesseract with your agent, you can simulate how light moves through a 3D scene, bounces off surfaces, casts shadows, and creates reflections. The video below was created without Blender or video models, and it remains fully editable.

After Andrej Karpathy released autoresearch, where an agent runs experiments in a loop on its own, I packed his method into one prompt that turns Opus 5.5 into a graph and can carry almost any task to the finish. → writes a check that can actually fail, first → splits the task into parts → runs the independent parts in parallel → loops each one until it passes the check → sends back only the part that failed → turns every mistake into a rule for next time → calls you only for the step that can’t be undone Throw it at Opus 5.5 with the task you’ve been putting off for a week, and you’ll see the difference in one run. The full prompt is in the comments. How to tune it for your own work is in the article below. Save it before it gets lost ↓
Your agents can already work for hours without you But you still check every step they take Because you have a loop, but no graph I broke down how to build a system where you only approve the last step ↓

🚨this is going to END some careers. a dev just dropped a free Claude skill called "teardown" and anyone who animates 3d for money should pay attention. the skill is ridiculously good but the dev is crazy enough to give it away anyway. how it runs: > you hand it a picture and say what the creature is > claude codes the octopus, renders a still beside your picture and patches the differences round after round before any animation > every arm is a chain of links that shrink toward the tip, so each one curls into a true spiral with 2 rows of suction wheels underneath > one timeline drives the whole thing: the jet gauge, the operator's cursor, the console rows and the audio all tick off it > it can't watch footage, so it reviews a grid of frames at every beat, fixes what looks off and re-renders until a full pass comes back clean > the frames come off your own GPU at 60 fps and python writes the soundtrack on the same beats one picture went in and this octopus is what came back out. free skill, full write-up in the article 👇
