Bass and Raman are friends. They are trying to squeeze Spencer Pratt out of the race, then they will cut deals with each other.
There is no guarantee Pratt makes the runoff. If you want Pratt to be mayor but “strategically” vote for Bass, you will most likely end up electing DSA loon Nithya Raman as mayor. Vote for Spencer.
If one person gets 51% in the primary, it is over. No second chances. Spencer has to win. Ignore any “tactics” people try to push. That will actually block Spencer Pratt from getting in.
