Guardians Nike RBI players got a behind the scenes look at how big leaguers prepare.
In partnership with PBATS (the Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society), our athletic training staff hosted participants in the home clubhouse weight room, training rooms, and batting cages as part of the PLAY (Promoting a Lifetime of Activity for Youth) Campaign, which promotes active, healthy lifestyles.
The group was also joined by Guardians pitchers Joey Cantillo, Gavin Williams, and Will Dion.
