It's unsurprising that politicians and ideologues have turned Jordan Neely's death to an attack on the "white supremacist" bogeyman by framing his death as a "lynching," which implies that Daniel Penny, the marine, was not only racially motivated to kill him, but that his actions were premeditated. None of this is true. These individuals are using this singular event as a flashpoint to rally more people to their cause. Jordan Neely said he was ready and willing to go to jail, and not just jail, but with a life sentence. He was psychotic. He had 44 arrests. He had multiple assaults. There a was a warrant out for his arrest. While his history doesn't "justify" his death, it's necessary to provide context for his actions. This wasn't some "Michael Jackson impersonator" who was attacked for no reason. He wasn't just a "moonwalk away from the White House." He was a criminal and he needed to be checked. Jordan Neely posed a clear and present danger to other riders on the subway, prompting multiple passengers to call the police to report the threat he posed to the public. Penny, along with two others, took self-defensive action to protect the welfare of other passengers. He should be praised, not vilified. Penny would never have had to take action if the police in New York City were allowed to do their jobs, if prosecutors prosecuted criminals. They have one job, and it's in their job title. We're going to see an increase in incidents as police are handcuffed and aren't allowed to protect and serve the public. We're also going to see an increase in incidents where mentally ill individuals like Neely will injure, and possibly kill people because more people won't want to step up due to the simple fact that the court of public opinion has judged Daniel Petty guilty of murder. With no expectation of de-escalation and a doubling down of the narrative that Petty was part of a multiracial lynch mob against a homeless Michael Jackson impersonator, New York City is in for a long summer. Already, on Saturday, protesters are blocking the subway and getting into altercations with police. It's another Summer of Love. //Videos via Rebecca Brennan.//

This hunk of junk was launched off our planet, survived a voyage through outer space, maneuvered around any asteroids during the 238,900 mile journey and safely landed on the moon. If you doubt this you’re a conspiracy theorist and probably a bigot. 🌙 ☄️

Replying to @wrong_speak
Why didn’t they protest when the children were murdered at the Christian school? They are disingenuous.

If you still support the reverse split (like somehow this whole comments section seems to) after court documents shows ANTARA was introduced to Adam Aron by Citi in 2019 to work on APE, Adam goes on camera in 2021 saying no reverse or split planned, then executed their “project popcorn” under the disguise of a share count, YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED & WILL LOSE ANOTHER 90% 🚨 WE MUST MOUNT OUR APPEALS TO THIS HEDGE FUND/ FINANCIAL INSTITUTION SCAM 🚨 $AMC AMC $APE #AMC #APE I guarantee the people who support this split sold APE for AMC & are looking to cash out on the conversion, DO NOT LET THEM CON YOU 🚨🚨🚨
AMC has recently reached an agreement to settle a putative stockholder class action concerning the proposed conversion of AMC Preferred Equity Units into Common Stock and reverse stock split. The settlement agreement, settlement notice, and a letter and form from the Court can be located on AMC’s website at amc.film/41fbHFE. AMC stockholders who are class members have the right to object to the settlement and the deadline to do so is May 31, 2023.

Hey @CEOAdam when you say APE was free, can you remind me what you meant by that? Because as far as I can tell $APE was not free, nor has your silence against the off exchange, dark pool abuse and predatory shorting. Any comment on those FTDs & magic disappearing threshold lists? $AMC $APE #AMC #APE (And this is just Fidelity)

Implying @elonmusk is racist for merely acknowledging real data is an admission of stupidity.

Brave samaritans aren’t the problem. Chokeholds aren’t the problem. The rampant violent crime in the NYC subway is the problem.

It turns out the yes vote was not the landslide many championed In fact, according to this brief, the yes voters would have lost had it not been for ComputerShares’ mirrored voting & Antara’s bought-commitment This lawsuit by Allegheny is way more serious than... #amc #ape

The ordinary voter will never learn that the subway psycho hit a 7 year old and tried killing a grandma. They all think he was doing Michael Jackson moon walks for tips. That’s why the left censors. We would win landslides every time if only the truth wasn’t silenced.
