Contactless move-ins (gotta keep customers and staff staff), two-way communications with renters, digital lease agreements, tenants managing their own profiles and updating payment methods or addresses are a few things off the top of our minds!

What we do: Buy mom-and-pop self storage facilities in tertiary markets from owners who want to retire and are tired of keeping hand written ledgers. Wrap in tech, manage remotely, cut costs, drive rent. ReFi at about 24 months (pulling all initial capital) and hold forever.
