Biden's budget was released today and he wants to give his DOJ's Antitrust Division an "historic increase" of $100M to keep bringing loser cases to court. Don't believe me? Believe the DOJ Principal Deputy Assistant AG, who openly gave the game away just last month.
Biden's Principal Deputy Assistant AG says losing cases is a feature, not a bug of their #antitrust approach. So #Biden wants Congress to approve a $100M increase in the #DOJ Antitrust Division Budget from 2020 (an over 60% increase), just so they can pursue MORE loser cases?
