Officially pardoned! Can someone tell our family why Ben Martin is still in US Marshal custody in McFarland Ca?? Is a corrupt CA judge really defying an Executive Order by the @POTUS? Please help bring him home! @PamBondi @HelpStopHate @Ronda4Congress @FormerFeds @CondemnedUSA @Trumpertarian @BenBergquam @OreoExpress @RogerJStoneJr @FrankRoccoG @RogerSunderlin @EagleEdMartin @annvandersteel @julie_kelly2 @laralogan @IvanRaiklin

Be a hell of a lot better if you pardoned @OneRealPOV before you leave. Ben Martin deserves the same dismissals/pardon the other 4 recieved. Precedent set. You know the Liberal judges and the Rhino Federal AG in CA want him behind bars.

Every time I post about that day in January, it gets buried. This one should be going viral. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
Any remaining hope for the J6 defendants evaporated the second Todd Blanche started talking at his confirmation hearing. Jeanine Pirro was never their advocate. In January 2021 she called the people who entered the Capitol “deplorable, reprehensible, and outright criminal,” a “bunch of freaks,” and said they acted of their own will and would be held accountable. She rejected the idea that the election being stolen was any justification and told viewers to stop blaming Antifa. That is the record. Later she adopted the “hostages” and “weaponized prosecution” language and, as U.S. Attorney for D.C., moved to dismiss some remaining convictions. That does not erase the original framing or the fact that she treated January 6 as criminal violence that required accountability. Todd Blanche sold the rest of it for the job. At his July 2026 Attorney General confirmation hearing he repeatedly said he was “not celebrating” the mass pardons, that people who assaulted officers “should have been prosecuted and they were,” and that Capitol Police officers were victims of heinous crimes. He distanced himself from any appearance of celebrating the clemency to satisfy senators like Thom Tillis who wanted a clear line against violence at the Capitol. That is how you get confirmed in Washington: you tell the committee what it needs to hear. The earlier CPAC remarks about everything being done by 5 p.m. on January 20 became “I was merely stating a fact.” Pardons and commutations already happened. What was left, civil claims, records, remaining cases, any broader “make them whole” effort now runs through an Attorney General who just testified under oath that the violent actors deserved prosecution and that he does not celebrate what the President did. Combined with a D.C. U.S. Attorney whose first public instinct in 2021 was to treat the event as an inexcusable criminal breach, there is no institutional champion left inside the Justice Department for treating the J6 defendants as a unified class of political prisoners who deserve more than the clemency already granted. That is the transaction. Confirmation first. Everything and everyone else second. @Jon_Gross @HelpStopHate

@OneRealPOV Benjamin Martin is still fighting weapons charges from the FBI search of his Madera home during the January 6 investigation. He was sentenced to roughly three years. Trump pardoned his Capitol charges on day one, but the DOJ initially said that pardon did not reach the weapons case. The Ninth Circuit released him pending appeal on a $200,000. property bond. He has a second pardon application pending. @EdMartinDOJ The DOJ has twice asked the Ninth Circuit to vacate the conviction under Rule 48(a), arguing the weapons only surfaced because of the January 6 search. The court held that motion in abeyance in July 2026, waiting on United States v. Kirk. Trevor James Kirk, a police officer convicted of a civil rights violation for excessive force. After sentencing, the DOJ moved to dismiss under Rule 48(a) and refused to defend the conviction on appeal, but the district judge denied it, saying the motion was really about disagreeing with his four-month sentence. That denial is now on appeal. So the Ninth Circuit is deciding whether prosecutors can walk away from a conviction after a jury has already spoken and Martin’s case is parked until they answer. That case has nothing to do with January 6. Why isn’t the DOJ giving Ben a second pardon so he can move on with his life? Daniel Charles Ball: Weapons charges from his Florida home. Dismissed with prejudice in February 2025. Jeremy Michael Brown : Weapons charges from his January 6 home search. Convictions vacated and dismissed in April 2025. Released in February. Elias Nick Costianes: Weapons charges from the Maryland raid. Conviction vacated and indictment dismissed in June 202 January 6 home search. Convictions vacated and dismissed in April 2025. Released in February. Dan Edwin Wilson: Weapons charges from Kentucky. Trump issued a second, explicit pardon for the firearms offenses on November 14, 2025. He was released from prison where he was being wrongfully held that same day.

When is everybody gonna start talking about Ben Martin? @OneRealPOV Ben has his second part an application pending. The DOJ has asked the California courts and the Ninth District Appellate court to drop it down to the lowers courts for a rule 48 eight. The DOJ has agreed that Ben Martin should be free. When is the DOJ going to approve Ben’s second pardon? Ben wants his life back.

Keep an eye out for this scumbag. He attacked Josh from behind this morning. Head on the swivel Patriots, the demons are out. Full armor of God goes before us.
This little bitch and 2 of his comrades just blind sided me and attacked me 3 blocks away California state capitol in Sacramento. I drove around the block and found him hiding in a bush, I jumped out to confront him and he ran when he saw me. If you’re heading to the Capitol today for the event, keep your eyes peeled.

Shana Gaviola was defending her son from creepy woke California predators and now she is headed to prison. She is an amazing mother and should not be going through this!!! @POTUS @DAGToddBlanche @EagleEdMartin
"In 14 days, I'll be in prison for protecting my son." A mother makes an emotional plea as she says she's about to lose her freedom for trying to protect her child. She says the jury never heard the full story—and now she's asking President Trump and the DOJ to intervene before it's too late. Watch her story and decide for yourself. @CondemnedUSA
