JFC…I came across more of this con artist’s comments about her “service” and holy hell… Jackie Sing, aka @HackingButLegal calls herself a “decorated veteran” but conveniently left out that she was kicked out of the military early after less than 2 years for repeated misconduct.
In 2024, says she was deployed to Iraq for *many* years, then in 2026 she claims she was deployed to Iraq for a year, but her DD214 shows her total time overseas was just 4 months. And her replies are filled with attacks on people, using her so called service as a weapon. I’ve got tons of screenshots that I’ve found and that people have shared with me.
I lost brothers who died doing the things she pretends she did. There’s a special place in hell for shit bag barely veterans like her.
Another fraud artist trying to use her, and I use this term VERY loosely, “veteran status” to try to dictate her fringe beliefs on the rest of us.
This loud “you all need to listen to me because I’m a veteran” scammer had multiple formal disciplinary actions taken against her for misconduct, was busted down to the lowest rank possible, got kicked out before even hitting 2 years, and claimed to have “spent time in war zones” but was really nothing more than a mechanic with 4 moths total overseas anywhere.
Her positioning of her background is, at best, completely dishonest and a slap in the face to veterans who served honorably, and at worst, likely a case of stolen valor that she can be prosecuted for.

Story time: As bad as the Jackie Singh story is, it’s about to get worse. (Just for her. For the rest of us, it’s going to get a lot funnier.)
First of all, had she not hit the UCMJ lottery by being in Iraq briefly when command finally decided to discharge her, she would have received a dishonorable discharge. In reality, that’s exactly what she deserved, but they decided to show her a big dose of very undeserved mercy.
She begged for a better discharge so that she could go on and do something better with her life after being a complete fuck up in the Army. You can see how much she valued that generous opportunity, right? She just doubled down and became an even worse human.
I have more, but I’m looking into the legality before releasing the next document.
But I will tease it by saying this—earlier today I told someone that Jackie was unstable and she completely flipped out and started making all kinds of threats. The other document that I now have in my possession makes it very clear why she had that reaction and why she behaves the way she does in general.

The Victims Rights Reform Council thanks ICE for its work to apprehend dangerous offenders and protect families in the Bronx.
For us, this is personal. We work closely with Migdalia Martinez and her family. Her 12-year-old son, Jacob “Kai” Freytes, was an innocent bystander killed in gang-related crossfire. Authorities have linked that violence to the Trinitarios—the same gang federal officials allege is associated with the individual targeted in this operation.
Jacob should still be here. His mother should be watching him grow up, not fighting to make sure he is remembered.
Just a few weeks ago, we were in Washington, D.C., where DOJ met with survivors of violent crime, families of homicide victims and Angel Families. They heard our pain and promised to do everything within their power to prevent the next victim.
Promises made. Promises kept.
Taking dangerous offenders off our streets is how that commitment becomes action. Why would anyone fight to return someone with a criminal record and alleged ties to a violent gang to the community, while families like Jacob’s live with an irreversible loss?
We thank the men and women of ICE who carry out this difficult work. The innocent children, grieving parents and families whose lives have been shattered deserve to be heard—and protected.
Public safety should never be political.
