‘Flat Whites & Insights’ 🎙️☕️
Kicked off recording on Series 3 this morning and it was a timely reminder to myself of why I wanted to create this platform and podcast.
Grateful to have had a powerful and honest conversation with @Oggie1222, who shared insights into his life both inside and out of football, lived experience of mental health and the importance of men talking and asking for support.
This conversation came about after Oggy listened to @ChristiianMl, his manager at @MiltonUnited, speak on the podcast in Series 2 and I think that perfectly explains the power of conversation and opening up - you never know the knock on effects who you can inspire 💜👏🏻
