Dear President Kornbluth and Chairman Gorenberg,
Yesterday, as I am sure you are aware, a Boston jury unanimously found that @MIT professor Kristin Knouse defamed David Sabatini, falsely accused him of rape and sexual harassment, and tortuously interfered with his contractual arrangements including his tenure at MIT.
MIT and its tenure review committee relied on Professor Knouseโs statements when it took away Davidโs tenure and terminated him.
MIT's policies explicitly prohibit harassment, retaliation, and fabrication of claims. Falsely accusing a colleague of rape and sexual harassment and pushing for his termination under false pretenses are clearly violations of MIT policy.
In light of the unanimous findings of the jury after five years of discovery, many legal motions and countermotions by both parties, and a three-week trial in Suffolk County Superior Court in Boston:
Is MIT going to take away Knouseโs tenure and terminate her?
If not, why not?
Is MIT going to restore Davidโs tenure, and apologize for firing him?
If not, why not?
In light of what has transpired in this grave miscarriage of justice, MIT has the opportunity and the obligation to right a serious wrong here.
At a minimum, the public deserves transparency into what actions MIT is taking in this case as taxpayers are major funders of MIT.

๐ฏShivon's motive was to generate headlines to further her calculated moves and agenda of scamming money from Elon by further falsifying a domestic relationship split and as if their children would be coparented (she only bought a voluntary child-visitation in her 2022 Twitter contract).
If you read the articles, Azure is mentioned as Zilis-Musk. The bought musk name in a contract for exchange of money which ended on 2 October 2026 ๐is not a proof of Elon being father of Shivon's children, she chose to create and have on her own without any Elon involvement.
Shivon has instilled attention-seeking behavior and manipulation in her children at a young age. The offspring of a venomous snake cannot change their scales. At five, Shivon's children can not be trusted.

More troubling is the role model Shivon has chosen for Azure is Ashley St Clair.

It has to be taught and indicates bad parenting by Shivon and then to publicize it for her own agendas.
A childโs innocence isnโt in question; itโs how Shivon chose to use that innocence to push a particular narrative that deserves criticism.

It made her โappearโ to be in a romantic relationship that was actually non-existent.
Compound story came out in the news media just two weeks before Shivon started her stalker habitual parade of barging into Trump events uninvited to โpretendโ that she is a โdateโ to Elon and her facade of being in a relationship with Elon.
Every time she looks awkward and out-of-place. Typically there is no place for her, and her seating arrangments were always made at the last minute.
During each of these events, Elon did not speak nor look at her, yet it appears he is under some sort of duress but he is unable to tell her to leave.
Even Karoline Leavitt stepped in and asked Shivon at one dinner while he plays with spoons, โWhen are you leaving?โ.
It was a contract between them. He looked miserable and totally ignored her while she refuses to leave. Unsure why it was made. Shivon seemed to put very little effort into presenting herself appropriately alongside Elon. At times, even basic grooming, such as washing or brushing her hair, appears to be overlooked, let alone the additional attention to detail that many people put into their appearance for high-profile events.
She was added to OpenAI lawsuit as a co-plaintiff in November 2024. This is her attempt to present a โfakeโ relationship as a โpartnerโ to gain public sympathy to protect herself of her crimes. Her emails of betrayal were not released until September 2025.
๐ฅShivon tried to have 11,000 or so emails redacted which she accomplished, but a few were still released in court documents but even so, itโs clear that she is not loyal to Elon and working against his interests.
Even the Dan Scavino wedding in Feb 2026, she did not bother to wash her hair or have her nails done. Elon is holding her hand, but there is not one photo of him looking at her. When he is standing with the actor in the multicolored jacket, you can see Shivon tried to push herself into the photo, walking up from behind and grabbed his hand. It wasnโt planned because she doesnโt pose by looking at the camera for the selfie because she wasnโt included in the group. She invited herself and was photo bombing everyone's photos with Elon. Such an unwanted reject Shivon is and without any self respect..
Her actions show she is a bit delusional and without any shame. She was trying to present a romantic image in order that she wonโt have to testify or the jury will be lenient towards her.
Even according to her own words in the Isaacson biography there was no romantic relationship between them even up to the kids being given his last name on the same day of the Twitter purchase on 25 April 2022.
Sheโs been trying to create a smoke-screen of caring and โfake involvementโ, so her own words wonโt condemn her and possibly send her to jail.

Back in September 2025, Shivon using her blackmail and threat tactics was pressuring Elon to either marry her -or else- give her a billion dollars. This was at a time when his Tesla compensation package had not yet received judicial approval. Elon didnโt agree to her demands.
Now, with the alleged โ2022 Twitter contractโ having ended on 2 October 2026 and Elon seemingly wanting distance from Shivon, she is desperately attempting to secure a financial payout by claiming domestic partner status.
Shivon is pulling strings and positioning herself to maximize the financial thefts from Elon after Elon got rid of her at conclusion of their '2022 Twitter contract' on 2nd October 2026.
At this point, money appears to be at the center of everything for Shivon.
