Si Baby BBQ officially opens at Hyperloop Plaza today as our newest permanent food truck.
On the menu:
• Brisket
• Pulled pork
• Pork ribs
• Turkey breast
Sides include jalapeño coleslaw, mac and cheese, Mexican rice, and beans.
Sandwiches include pulled pork, brisket, and the Jalapeño Bird (turkey, jalapeño coleslaw, and BBQ sauce).
Double smash burgers will also be available from 5–8 p.m. on Fridays.
