Itβs actually the other way round Mr. President. There is a reason the right to life and the fundamental freedoms come first in the Bill of Rights. More than anything else we want to live in a free and democratic country because in the dark of the grave where you put Rex Maasai and Albert Ojwang, you canβt see shiny things.

Article 35 (3): The State SHALL publish and publicise any important information affecting the nation.
Disclosure of information is a Constitutional imperative not something left to the whims of one person. The era of secretive deals negotiated in the dark will end when we kick this current regime out and return our country back to the rule of Law.

The Political Parties Disputes Tribunal has found that the ORPPβs decision to decline the reservation of the name Linda Mwananchi Movement (LMM) lacked legal justification and breached Section 8 and 4 of the Political Parties Act and also violated Articles 21, 36 and 38 of the Constitution.
The Tribunal has immediately set aside the decision of the Registrar in the Letter dated 11-06-2026 and 07-08-2026.
The PPDT Tribunal has directed the name Linda Mwananchi Movement (LMM) be considered within the next seven (7) days.
