So you know how powerful the mind is. And when you are getting depressed, you try & manifest positivity in your brain. Well it’s NOT working for me right now. Stress is a killer. Trying to take breaks but it’s NOT working. Ugh, now I’m crying b4 work. Thanks for letting me vent.
