Breaking: According to the the Washington Post, Jack Smith will seek to indict Trump in South Florida if he does indeed bring charges.
Smith has been using a Miami Grand Jury for witness testimony lately. This is in addition to the Washington DC grand jury he's used. If an indictment is handed down, Trump could face trial in the Miami area.
What's interesting is that Miami voted 53% - 46% in favor of Biden, and Palm Beach County voted 56% - 43% in favor of Biden.
This would remove the idea that it could be difficult to to find an impartial jury.
Charges could also be brought in D.C. as well, but obviously they wouldn't be the same charges. It appears Smith wants to charge potential crimes in the areas where those alleged crimes took place.
