My winning poster at last year's @OpenUniversity's Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference is a helpful reminder to make sure you plan activities into your day to stay mentally well. #Wellness #Wellbeing #MentalHealth #PositiveEmotions #Resilience
The poster from Dr Katharine Jewitt is shown, entitled "What does psychoneuroimmunology mean to you?" Graphic images illustrate activities to generate the hormones SERATONIN, ENDORPHIN, DOPAMINE and OXYTOCIN. These are soothing system chemicals that we need to stay mentally well.

A big thank you to the @OpenUniversity, my tutors, and my family and friends. I left school at 15 with no academic qualifications, but today,53 years later, I’ve achieved a first class honours degree in psychology. Feeling proud of myself and very emotional!
