Anyone else noticed how all the synthesis and meta-analysis jobs are early career. Like it's ok to focus on methods or an application for few years but not to specialise in evidence synthesis? I think this says something about the state of our science and commitment to evidence

It is the least transparent self-serving cultish organisation I have ever worked for. Took me ages to realise because I couldn't and didn't want to believe it. Looking forward to the critique.
Replying to @Healthy_Control @cochranecollab
I have been working on a critique of the recent Greenhalgh piece. One place that paper really goes off the rails is its acceptance of Cochrane's "transparency" at face value and claim that Cochrane board represents "democracy" and Gotzsche represents "hegemony" by scientists.
