This is what responsible use looks like for us.
We aren't teenagers. We aren't looking for a escape from life. We're adults who work hard, pay our bills, run a business, support our family, and take responsibility for our own health decisions.
For us, kratom has been one tool that has helped improve our quality of life. It hasn't replaced accountability, healthy habits, or personal responsibility. It hasn't solved every problem. It's simply been one part of our wellness journey.
We know not everyone has the same experience, and we don't dismiss those who have struggled. Every person's situation is different. But our positive experience is real too, and it deserves to be part of the conversation.
We believe in honesty, education, quality standards, responsible use, and informed adult choice, not fear, hype, or one-size-fits-all narratives.
At the end of the day, we're just two people trying to live a healthy, meaningful life together. We take ownership of our choices, and we believe adults should have access to accurate information so they can make informed decisions for themselves.

First, they took away our opiates that we were not addicted to, and now they want to take our Kratom powder. It's just a plant! 🌿
The war on kratom is about getting millions of consumers onto the highly addictive opioid, Suboxone, securing opioid settlement money, and creating another opportunity for attorneys looking to sue kratom companies.
And of course, they need the help of grieving moms and dads who have lost their children and blame a plant for their deaths

🚨 **NEW HAMPSHIRE KRATOM COMMUNITY — MERRIMACK NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION!** 🌿💚
Another New Hampshire town is considering restrictions on kratom, and there's something in this proposal that natural-leaf consumers and small businesses need to understand!
On October 8, the Merrimack Town Council voted 6–0 to advance proposed Chapter 195.
**NOW THERE'S AN OFFICIAL PUBLIC HEARING!**
📅 **Thursday, October 22, 2026**
⏰ **7:00 PM Eastern**
📍 **Matthew Thornton Room, Merrimack, NH**
⚠️ STATUS: PROPOSED — NOT ENACTED!
Here's where things get interesting. 👀
The proposal would allow unadulterated whole and ground kratom leaf for adults 21 and older.
BUT WHAT ABOUT KRATOM CAPSULES?
The proposed language also restricts capsules, tablets, drinks, extracts, enhanced products, and synthetic derivatives.
That means ordinary botanical kratom capsules could potentially be restricted, even when they contain the EXACT SAME natural leaf that's permitted in powder form!
MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE🙄
I've been a natural kratom consumer for over a decade, and my family operated our small business in Newport, New Hampshire, for years. I support responsible regulation, proper testing, accurate labeling, age restrictions, and consumer education.
But I do NOT support banning products.
If public safety is the goal, let's have conversations about reasonable standards, transparency, and accountability instead of taking products away from responsible adults.
And let's remember that many people choose capsules simply because they're convenient and easier to consume.
💚 **NEW HAMPSHIRE, PLEASE SHOW UP!**
Attend the hearing, ask questions, share your experiences, and make sure the Town Council understands how these restrictions could affect consumers and small businesses.
Even if you can't attend, contact your local officials and make your concerns known.
**PLEASE SHARE THIS!** New Hampshire residents deserve to know what's being proposed before decisions are made.

🌿 POWERED BY PLANTS. 💚
Over a decade ago, I made a choice for myself that I never imagined I'd one day have to publicly defend.
Natural kratom became part of my daily routine, and here I am all these years later, still speaking up for something that's been part of my life for so long.
I'm a wife, a mom, a business owner, and just a regular woman trying to live a happy, healthy, productive life.
I'm not a scientist, and I'm not claiming kratom is some miracle plant. I'm simply someone with over 10 years of personal experience who believes our voices deserve to be heard.
Is kratom for everyone? No. Does it come without risks? Absolutely not.
But should responsible adults have access to kratom products and the information needed to make their own decisions? I believe so. I'm all for research, responsible regulation, and holding businesses accountable.
What I'm tired of is watching kratom consumers get left out of conversations that directly affect us.
I'm not speaking up because someone pays me to. I'm speaking up because this is personal to me. 💚
And after more than a decade, I'm not about to stop now. 🌿

NEW YORK, WE NEED MORE PEOPLE SPEAKING UP!
Saratoga County held a public hearing on October 14 over a proposed kratom ban.
And the public comments are interesting. 👀
According to the hearing record:
🔴 11 people spoke at the hearing.
🔴 48 emails were received from 34 individuals.
26 individuals opposed the proposed ban.
8 supported it.
Now, those numbers aren't a survey of county residents, but they tell us something important: people ARE speaking up and questioning these blanket bans.
But here's my question.
**WHERE IS EVERYONE ELSE?**
We have thousands of adults sharing their kratom experiences online every single day, but when local governments are considering restrictions, we need those conversations happening with the people making the decisions, too!
**NO FINAL BAN HAS PASSED YET.**
And that means there is still an opportunity for residents to contact their county supervisors and share their perspectives before a decision is made.
Please, if this matters to you, take a few minutes to email your representatives.
You don't need to be a scientist, a business owner, or an experienced advocate to participate.
You can share your personal experience, ask questions about the proposed law, and explain what responsible regulation means to you.
**Posting on social media creates awareness. Contacting decision-makers puts your concerns directly in front of them.**
Let's get more people involved in these conversations. 💚

The hearing figures are reported in the October 14 record. Saratoga County also publishes a supervisor contact directory for residents wishing to reach their representatives.
Official contact information: [Saratoga County Board of Supervisors](saratogacountyny.gov/departm…). The county's next regular board meeting is scheduled for October 20, although I haven't confirmed that the kratom proposal will be on that agenda.
MICHIGAN, HERE WE GO AGAIN. ANOTHER POSSIBLE KRATOM BAN.
And once again, I have some QUESTIONS. 🙄🌿
On October 13, Plymouth Township trustees unanimously advanced a proposed ordinance that would prohibit kratom sales.
Here's what they're proposing:
🔴 Fines for businesses ranging from $1,000 to $7,500.
🔴 Continued violations could result in misdemeanor charges.
🔴 A final vote is scheduled for October 27.
And here's the part that really caught my attention.
Police reportedly cited TWO local incidents involving kratom combined with alcohol or other substances.
So let me get this straight.
We're considering banning an entire botanical product because of incidents involving MULTIPLE substances? What did the complete toxicology reports show Because those details MATTER.
Meanwhile, Michigan has two competing statewide bills:
🌿 HB 5537 would prohibit kratom sales.
🌿 SB 1181 would establish testing and labeling requirements while restricting synthetic 7-OH products.
Two VERY different approaches.
I'm all for protecting consumers, keeping these products away from minors, requiring independent laboratory testing, and holding irresponsible businesses accountable. Adults deserve accurate information, responsible regulation, and decisions based on evidence, not assumptions.
Michigan residents, pay attention. October 27 is an important date.
And remember, this is still a PROPOSAL. No final township ban has passed.

🚨 FLORIDA, WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT LEON COUNTY.
Here we go..Between October 13–16, Leon County commissioners unanimously voted to have the county attorney prepare a possible ordinance restricting kratom sales in the Tallahassee area.
A mother testified about losing her 20-year-old son, citing medical examiner findings of mitragynine toxicity.
First, my heart goes out to any parent who has lost a child. That deserves compassion and serious investigation.
But here's where I have questions.
What products were involved? Were there other substances present? What did the complete toxicology report show? And why should responsible adults potentially lose access because of concerns involving an increasingly complicated product market?
I'm a Florida resident, a mother, a business owner, and someone who has personally used natural kratom for over a decade.
I SUPPORT responsible regulation. Age restrictions, independent laboratory testing, accurate labeling, and accountability for businesses selling these products.
**And let's be very clear: NO BAN HAS PASSED YET.**
Leon County has directed its attorney to prepare a possible ordinance. The details are still being developed.
Florida already has kratom regulations. Why aren't we focusing on enforcing standards, identifying problematic products, and holding irresponsible businesses accountable?
**Regulation and prohibition are NOT the same thing.**
Florida kratom consumers, especially those in Leon County, please pay attention to what happens next.
Because decisions like these deserve public input BEFORE they become law. 💚

COMMENTARY
Kratom use by students does not mean kratom caused deaths at Ole Miss
October 15, 2026
Outlawing more products will not prevent deaths like those at Ole Miss. But regulating them and enforcing those rules might.
The better solution is to regulate kratom products to ensure they are produced through safe manufacturing processes for adults and kept away from youth. Mississippi already restricts sales of kratom products to those 21 years or older. It was already against the law in Mississippi for Hamilton and Strang to have purchased kratom. Mississippi law also limits the allowable concentrations of alkaloids, like 7-OH, and bans synthesized alkaloids, functionally outlawing concentrated kratom products.
Whether or not the students’ deaths were caused in whole or part by kratom, no retailer should have sold them any type of kratom due to their age. The suspected products involved should not have been sold to anyone based on their ingredients, which are prohibited under both Mississippi and federal law. Outlawing more products will not prevent deaths like those at Ole Miss. But regulating them and enforcing those rules might.

🌿🔬 KRATOM SCIENCE — DID YOU KNOW KRATOM CONTAINS MORE THAN 50 ALKALOIDS? 💚
And scientists are STILL discovering how they work!
A 2026 study examined how different kratom alkaloids interact with human opioid receptors.
HERE'S WHAT MAKES THIS RESEARCH INTERESTING!👀
🌿 Researchers found that different alkaloids have different receptor activities.
🌿 Some demonstrated distinct signaling patterns compared with traditional opioids.
🌿 One lesser-known alkaloid, speciophylline, showed a previously undocumented way of influencing the human mu-opioid receptor.
🌿 The findings highlight just how chemically complex the kratom plant really is.
I've been consuming natural botanical kratom for over a decade, and research like this is exactly why I believe we need to keep studying it.
Science doesn't stop at headlines.

You know what costs absolutely nothing? Being happy for someone else. 🩷
Share their business. Celebrate their accomplishments. Compliment them. Cheer them on, even when nobody is cheering for you.
I've never understood people who see someone doing well and immediately feel the need to tear them down.
Someone else's success doesn't take a single thing away from yours.
I've spent years building businesses, and I know how much even the smallest bit of support can mean.
Be the person who claps for others, even when you're still working toward your own goals. 🥰
There's already enough negativity in this world. I'd rather be someone who adds a little kindness to it. 💕
And trust me, I'll never be embarrassed about cheering someone on a little too loudly! 😂🩷
Oh, this statement from Georgia's Attorney General Chris Carr deserves some serious questions.
"There's no way to separate an approved product from a lethal one.”
Really? Because that's EXACTLY what product standards, independent laboratory testing, ingredient disclosures, and regulatory enforcement are supposed to accomplish.
You're the Attorney General of Georgia, and your solution is to ban an ENTIRE botanical plant because some businesses are selling dangerous products?
I've been a natural kratom consumer for over a decade and a business owner in this industry for more than 10 years.
I support protecting consumers, enforcing safety standards, and holding irresponsible manufacturers accountable.
But here's what I'd like to know:
Why isn't stronger enforcement of existing regulations the priority? And how exactly does banning everything protect responsible adults who are already purchasing tested, properly labeled botanical products?
Public safety deserves more than blanket statements and fear-based headlines.
Georgia residents deserve answers, not just another call for prohibition. 💚
It’s time to ban all kratom-related products in Georgia.
This is the next wave of the opioid crisis — dangerous drugs sold in gas stations & vape shops. There’s no way to separate an approved product from a lethal one.
I’m not willing to accept that. Neither should you.

🚨#BREAKING: Parents are FURIOUS after a 67-year-old Maryland school bus driver who bought EVERY KID SCHOOL SUPPLIES ON HER ROUTE was STRIPPED OF HER CERTIFICATION...
...because she stopped on an empty country road so a 10-year-old boy could RESCUE AN INJURED KITTEN!!!
Yes, you read that right...
A little boy saw a hurt kitten on the side of the road, his bus driver let him save it, and she lost her job for it.
Her name is Cynthia Morgan.
For 11 years she drove kids in Harford County, most recently to North Harford Elementary.
Parents say every fall she BOUGHT SCHOOL SUPPLIES for EVERY child on her bus.
Oh, and she also bought:
-> Christmas gifts.
-> Birthday cards.
All out of her own pocket, for all her bus stop students.
In one mom’s words:
“She is an angel. She is the most caring person.”
Then one day... in rural Pylesville, the boy spotted an injured kitten by the road.
He was the ONLY child on the bus
Cynthia stopped, he hopped off, scooped up the kitten, and held it the whole way to school.
On October 5th, the district’s transportation director sent a letter to the contractor that employs her and stripped her of her certification.
More than 10,000 people have signed a petition to bring her back.
Even freaking PETA wrote to the Board of Education TODAY demanding a review of the situation
The boy’s mother is BEYOND FURIOUS... if you can't let a boy rescue a kitten on a country road, what CAN you do?!!!!
WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?!!!!!!!!
