At Obreal, we work to strengthen interregional cooperation in higher education, and QADoc is a clear example of how we do it. This initiative brings together universities, ministries and quality agencies from Africa and Europe to build shared approaches to doctoral education.
In Senegal, Guinea and the DRC, QADoc is working with institutions to improve supervision, with agencies to refine evaluation methods and with national teams to co-design frameworks adapted to local realities.

Obreal took part today in the global launch of "The Teacher We Want," a project led by the @UNESCO_RCQE as part of World Teachers' Day 2026.
