At @CryptonomicTech, we work with two Nigerian talents through @Novustack and hope to work with many more. Generally, speaking, Nigeria could be the next powerhouse of blockchain talent now that eastern Europe, India, etc are saturated, especially with its natural crypto fit. 3/4

There's a lot of top-tier talent in Nigeria but there are logistical challenges for non-Nigerian companies. @Novustack removes all the friction from the hiring and contracting process. They also upskill talent so they're familiar with blockchain technology from the outset. 2/4

I mentioned @Novustack during the '
Blockchain Technology Recruitment & Retention Strategies' panel at @LABlockchainSmt but I'd like to elaborate on what a game changer Nigeria could be for the blockchain industry. 1/4

The least contribution from me to the organisation that brought me to where I am today. IFA repackaged me for innovation. 2021 is already the best year because I'm a fellow of IFA.
@adetulaolaoluwa @SalimSojay are my witnesses.
#IFA is evolving to a #brand that's still about the mission and values we hold dear. We are excited to show our new #logo that depicts our mission to grow (🍃) and build innovation (💡) in Africa!
👍to @colonelmeshach and @ondefined for the logo.
Stay tuned for our name reveal!
