Wealth can ruin a person. If you're so smart, bring em closer to God.
Level 1: If you're so smart why aren't you rich?
Level 2: If you're so smart why haven't you created wealth for others?
Level Elon: If you're so smart where's your rocket?

You never really realize how dumb people are until you get your first real job and see that the people older than you and in higher title jobs are actually retarded
That is what gave me the confidence that I could be rich one day

BREAKING:
The SEC has launched an investigation into the trading of Leopold Aschenbrenner's Situational Awareness fund, per NYT.
The SEC sent subpoenas to multiple banks that gave Situational Awareness money to trade with, asking for details about the timing of trades and how Situational Awareness communicated with lenders.

Unc gonna tell you a story about why I’d continue to buy supercars even if I’m broke
When I was but a young man of 27, many many many years ago I bought an SVJ roadster
At the time the cars were going for $900ish thousand, I got a deal for $850 and financed
$200k down, $10k/month…
(Disclaimer: this might not work for all people, but I dare say it can be valuable for most people, each to their own reality and price point)
I live in a particularly wealthy region of the USA, you can achieve the same in your city with significantly less most likely
Took the car to supercar shows and events, met people, never tried to sell anyone just made genuine friends
Over the months (not right away) as people needed watches, jewelry, capital for investments, any deal support in general: they called me as a friend
I needed up owning the car for 7 months
$200k down + $70k in payments = $270k out of pocket (not spent, very important. Only the interest is gone)
Tried to tally everything, not counting other investments in deals, just watches alone I sold about $933k worth of watches, at very good prices with average margin of 4.7% to these new friends
$933,000 * 4.7% =$43,851 in gross profit
I sold the SVJ for $990k = $140k gross profit
Got my $200k down payment back, only “lost” the $70k in payments which was mostly interest
TL:DR: drove SVJ roadster for 7 months, made amazing new (successful) friends which one is now one of my best friends
Made a total of $183,851 - $70,000 =$113,851 profit while driving it
Meanwhile if you lease a bmw you probably gonna lose -$1k/month for the duration of ownership and meet nobody of substance
If you have any means to sustain it reasonably, get a nice watch and a supercar, then be proactive and get out of your comfort zone
You’d think most rich people at these events are snobs and douchebags (some of that is true) but there’s a ton of genuine, very smart successful people in there as well
It’s your job to go find them.
(P.S. I only counted sales up until I sold the car, many of those same people are now repeat customer and sent me referrals
Plus the SVJ is now worth $1.3M, if I wasn’t a paper hand I could’ve been up almost half a million in the car alone with a $200k down payment 😭😭😭)
