I’ve gotta admit, I’m suspicious abt the timing of all of this. Ppl started unpacking this stuff months ago, so why publish it now? What do they have to gain from this? That’s what I’m more concerned with, rather than the contents of the leaks themselves. All I know is that if ppl are using leaks to emotionally manipulate others into getting upset or demotivated, or pushing them into quitting altogether, then I’m gonna be skeptical abt the source’s motivation bc we’ve seen this playbook many times before. I’m not gonna speculate on the video’s validity. From what I can gather, the person who posted it said it was recorded from a private server they created from the pre-released 7/9 package. They also admitted to using AI for some of the images. Whether it’s all real, partially real, or all fake, I don’t think the distinction matters all that much. Valko was cancelled. We’re fighting to get him uncancelled. Leaks, as far as I’m concerned, just add noise to the community’s overall efforts. Also, the antis have been on one lately, & they’re using the leaks as ammo, so just block them & move on. They want the fight & the engagement, so don’t give it to them. Even dunking on them just feeds into their need for attention. They’re not worth it. I’d also advise ppl to only share fan art & officially released content. Sharing file names is one thing, publicly distributing encrypted copy-written material & assets is another. So just be careful. The silver lining is that it looks like the CN girlies are using this as fuel to keep the fight going to get Valko back, rather than being demoralized.
