Ah well investing 100k is not so hard, can be done on minimum wage. With compounding should take under a decade. 10xing a portfolio would require a lot of skill when it comes to investing.
0 to 100k is impossible… unless maybe you took advantage of a free referral bonus or something, would be very challenging
It’s kinda crazy how the rental market is propped up by landlords on fixed rate mortgages and LLs who are just making a los. As rates go up, fixed rate mortgages change to variable and landlords sell up renting is going to go parabolic.
Even more than it already is. If you can buy on a fixed, or lock in rent I would go for that…
Better yet move back in with the parents, inflation is going to get so much worse.
It’s unfortunatly got nothing to do with kids and is about making id a requirement for getting on social media…
