If you ever think to yourself, "Man, I'm not sure I'm good at this writing thing," just know #NALM is looking for contest submissions from writers of all levels. One of the best feelings has been declaring winners who have never won anything or had anything published. ❤️❤️❤️

Very happy indeed to have a little story in this lovely looking edition 😊
Our @BendingGenres issue 32 is now live!!! Chock full of terrific, innovative pieces! Thanks contributors, editors, @keithJ_Powell, and all you lovely readers!!! #writerscommunity #writing #poetrycommunity #PoetryMonth
It's certainly been a minute. Anyone up for an #IAmNotALitMag contest? Open for CNF, Fiction, and Poetry. No theme. Winner gets a book from my personal library. What do you think?

"The stories from the road clung to Daddy, saturating him with mystique and adventure. Then they would drip dry off, leaving their marks on my still developing brain."
I have a story out today in @flashficmag. It won a fun contest a few months ago (@NotALitMag). I hope you'll give it a read. flashfictionmagazine.com/blo…

And finally, our #NALM winner in fiction is @ZaryFekete's Flannery O'Connor-esque story "I will sell these Bibles today."
"As I walk toward this last house I repeat the phrase in my head that I’ve been reciting throughout the morning, I will sell these Bibles today."

In the #NALM poetry contest, @AllenSeward1's poem "ain't she cool" was, well, the coolest (sorry). Here's a peek at this understated poem:
"much more than the waves
of the ocean
or the wet sheet thrown over
each early morning
much more than my
arcade token heart"
