Another huge thing...
Muse booked my private transfer in Hong Kong with Blacklane. It looked up all options and asked how I'd like to proceed. Business class it is!
Because I booked with my @citi Strata Elite Black Card, the ride will be credited back to me.
It also created a Google Maps list of all my hotels, sights, and activities.
I currently use Muse to handle all of my travel and personal stuff, and Grokbot to do all of my business stuff.

In this market environment it tells others, that agent gets things sold quickly.
Okay, so color me impressed, but Muse was able to status match every airline that would allow me to, to the highest tier from my current high status with American. Next, I'm going to try doing hotel status matches across all major brands.

Vibes were so high. Everyone involved felt the need to take care of a true need.

So much joy from this man. Grateful to be a part of his journey. He was 65.

It was the humanity for me. Shoes 👟 make such a big difference for people.
Here's another helpful Muse assistant tip for you. Tell it every single birthday, anniversary, and everything you have in your life verbally, and it will automatically put it on your calendar. If you're in a relationship/married, you can say, "Oh, I was married on April 12, 2021." Based on that year, what type of gift should I be giving my spouse? Also have it remind you 30 days ahead of time so you can have something for them. You could even take it up a notch and have it order it for you automatically.
Just found another amazing use for my Muse companion. I had it look at all of my flights for the next 6 months and determine which flights have 2-hour layovers or more. I took a screenshot of my credit cards that I have in my Apple Wallet to let it know which lounges I have access to, and it tells me my best options for each one. It puts it on my calendar and will remind me the day of each one and, when I land, which lounge I should be utilizing, so I don't have to spend time thinking about it.
I don't know what laid on my heart today or what got into me, but I was leaving the mall, picking up something random that I needed before my trip to Hong Kong. I saw this man walking along near the mall. He had a very interesting disposition.
I flagged him down and said, "Hey, what is your biggest need? What can I do to make your day?" William told me, "Hey man, if I could get a new pair of shoes, my world would be forever changed." I said, "What do you mean?" He said, "Well, I wear a size 15, and I have a hard time trying to find shoes. I can't really afford much."
I looked down, and the top of his shoes was split. I was like, "Man, yeah, these shoes are really rough. There's a reason he did that." I came to find out that one of his toes is messed up, and that's the only way he can comfortably wear the pair of shoes that he had. He had an old pair of @Skechers on. He said he loved his Skechers, but they just were so worn out.
I said, "Hey man, let's go get you some shoes." He said, "Are you sure, man?" I said, "No, I got you." We walked into the mall, walked straight into @DICKS Sporting Goods, and I asked the sales associate to pull three or four pairs of shoes that were neutral in color so that he could have a good, comfortable pair of shoes.
The first pair of shoes he pulled out, he just was like, "Oh my God, this is it. I love it. I'll take it." He's like, "Are you sure, man?" I said, "I am 100% sure." I said, "On top of that, let's get you some new socks, and how about a new sweatshirt? That way you feel warm because the temperatures are shifting."
He just was so appreciative over and over again, and I was just thinking in my heart, "Oh my God, the simple things that I take for granted: I just put my shoes on every day." We went down to the checkout. He's still thanking me, thanking me profusely, and I said, "I got you."
We went to check out, and the guy behind me was like, "Hey, man, I heard what you're doing, and I want to split that with you. I'll pay half." I said, "Are you sure?" He's like, "I would love to. I appreciate what you're doing for this man." The employee behind the counter who was ringing us up said, "I heard what was going on too," and he's like, "Let me throw a coupon in there for you so that we can get him some more stuff." I said, "That'd be amazing."
William walked out of Dick's Sporting Goods with the biggest smile on his face and said, "Dude, this is a God moment. Thank you for seeing me as a human being and not just a random person on the side of the road." I said, "I love you," and he said, "I love you too, man." He walked off with the biggest smile. I'm grateful for the life cues.
