I’d love to see the emails back and forth from drafters of CC trying to figure out how to get Coloradans permanently to forfeit TABOR refunds...without actually saying that in this deliberately deceitful ballot language. @NoOnPropCC #copolitics

If CC passes would Coloradans forfeit #TABOR refunds they would otherwise reveive? By doing so, would their effective tax rate not be higher than if they received their refund?
