Grateful to the United States for giving me the chance to grow in a new field, learn incredible lessons, and build a better future.
Thank you for the food, shelter, and opportunities.

My family and I were worshipping at our Hindu temple in Aurora on Sunday when a white supremacist attempted a mass shooting targeting Indian Americans. I'm grateful to those who helped prevent a tragedy, but we must come together to confront the hatred that put so many innocent lives at risk.

Had this man not found the courage to fight back after being repeatedly attacked with an axe capable of cutting through metal—while bleeding profusely—and had the presence mind to trigger the hijack/emergency code, initiate the emergency response and open the cockpit door to allow passengers to assist him, the aircraft’s subsequent dive could have had catastrophic consequences.
Had that aircraft not been recovered, the geopolitical consequences for the Middle East could have been profound and potentially irreversible.
Sometimes history turns on the courage, resilience and presence of mind of one person.
Yes. One Indian man.

🙏 MY HEARTFELT & URGENT APPEAL TO THE GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH 🙏
My name is Bharat, and I am currently in the USA, where I have been battling advanced Cancer- Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) for the last 4 years.
My doctors have told me that my condition is very critical and that I may not have much time left. At this stage of my life, I have just one heartfelt wish. I want to come back to my motherland, Andhra Pradesh, and spend the time I have left with my family and loved ones.
I want to see my family, be with them, and return home one last time. This wish is giving me the strength to keep fighting.
Because of my medical condition, I cannot safely travel on a regular commercial flight and urgently need medical air transportation/air ambulance assistance to travel from the USA to India.
🙏 Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh @ncbn , Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh @PawanKalyan and the Government of Andhra Pradesh @AndhraPradeshCM @apnrtsofficial , and the Government of India I humbly request you to please help me come home.
I am not asking for anything more than the chance to be with my family in my motherland during the time I have left.
Please help me fulfill this final wish. Your timely support could mean everything to me and my family. 🙏❤️
Please share this appeal widely and help it reach the concerned authorities.

On Twitter, anonymous accounts insist that Indians are "low IQ jeets" who "undercut American wages" and "scam taxpayer dollars."
In reality, Indians are the most-educated and highest-earning American ethnic group who pay the most taxes and commit the least crime.

As a white American dude who went to India and even attended a sangeet while I was there, I can tell ya that no one was thinking oI invaded. In fact, everyone was excited to show me their culture, and what makes their city unique amongst the cities. I was there during Holi, and was invited to participate in the Holi game. If I had gone to a cricket match, I can guarantee folks would have just enjoyed the game and asked if I had a good time.
That said, my experience has been Indian nationals are kind and welcoming individuals, whereas Bo French and those like him are just haters…
Just a reminder: there are still good, non-racist people in this world. Be respectful to one another, choose kindness, and look for the good in people. You never know what good might come from it. ❤️

this is a great point @neolib_abhishek
Is @SanDiegoKnight actively discriminating against visa workers?
It is his prerogative to not hire visa workers, ofcourse. No one is forcing anyone to hire visa workers.
But why let visa workers apply and then reject all of them and hire only us citizens?
Something is not adding up
@AAGDhillon should look into Skillstorm
want to work in @SanDiegoKnight's training company?
The following work authorizations are acceptable:
- U visa
- H4 EAD
- DACA EAD
- Greencard EAD
- Refugee visa
- TN visa
- Other (maybe OPT, CPT, H1B)?
- Greencard
Ofcourse, US citizens are welcome too
One of the best recent podcasts on AI. Neil has a gift for explaining all of the jargon and insights simply.
(I’m not involved, just found it unusually educational).
Neil Movva (@neilmovva) started his career at Nvidia, working on GPUs and kernels, and has an unusually deep understanding of inference, from software to chips to power.
We spend a lot of time on each of those layers, how they connect, and where the important tradeoffs are.
What makes this conversation special is how detailed it is (like a 401-level class), yet Neil makes it remarkably clear and easy to follow.
Today he runs Sail Research, a company building infrastructure for agents to make tokens as cheap as possible.
We discuss:
- Latency versus throughput
- Why there are no bad chips, only bad pricing
- The end of kernel engineering
- Buying chips and power no one else wants
- New chip architectures
- Nvidia lore + his contrarian view of the company
- Open source and the frontier labs
I learned a ton. Enjoy!

Attacking H-1B is dumb economic policy.
If the goal is protecting American workers, why target the highest-skilled, highest-paid, highest-tax-paying immigrant workers?
Meanwhile, H-2A/H-2B draw from a dramatically broader American labor pool. Yet H-1B gets a proposed $103,265 fee.
Why punish the immigrants contributing the most, earning more, paying more taxes, and more likely to eventually build businesses and create jobs?
We’re $40 TRILLION in debt. We should be attracting productive talent, not driving it away.
This isn’t America First.
It’s shameful economic policy.

A masterclass on why some people become successful while others stay average.
This quoted post is unavailable.
Finished 2025 with +35.73% returns.
The original goal was simple: beat the S&P 500 by 2–4%. Ended up delivering nearly double the market instead.
It was an interesting year, learned a lot of hard and valuable lessons.
2026 goals:
• Base: Beat S&P 500 by 2–4%
• Stretch: ≥30%
