With just over a week to go until we fly to Morocco, heat acclimation is in full swing. After surviving my first ever yoga session, held in a bouncy castle heated up to 37c, I am pretty sure I can handle anything the Sahara throws at me. 😅@hotpodyoga @marathonDsables
Always a bit of a debate as to whether a 9hr drive is going to be worth it for just a long weekend. Time to check-out of work and into the hills, and maybe even a sea swim to blow away the cobwebs. 8.2c in there though 🥶.

Amazing weekend at the @endurancelife Northumbria Ultra. Even after Mrs M left me for dead after 48k with a full body cramp to manage for the last 10k. 😝
Inoccent Q to Mrs M. "What would you like to do for your 50th?" Her response. "Marathon Des Sables please!" 240km across the Sahara over 6 days it is then. Doh!🤦♂️

2 hour second meeting w a prospective client today. Tears, laughter and some talk of financial mumbo jumbo; they walked out and said to the team that they felt like they had just been through a therapy session. Literally why I do the job!
25 Years ago tonight my awesome wife and I celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary at Windows on the World at the top of the World Trade Centre. Still my most memorable meal out and a lot of reasons to be emotional. 💕
We actively hire new team members that live with severe social anxiety at @AFPLimited. The more I see the results in action, the more I love it! Super smart people who probably wouldn’t have shown up to an interview let alone gotten through it. 1/2.
