Thanks to everyone who has supported us over the years - @grid_org @HerniaCarpenter – at Yardley Hastings, England
At this time of year HIC would normally be getting a team together to head out to Carpenter in Northern Ghana to take on a few hundred hernias. Instead our dear Ghanaian friends have been busy building for their future. Look and see what they have been up to - Inspiring.

The single biggest move to improve Junior Doctors welfare would be a move to Lead Employer organisations and stop the paperwork merry-go-round that many have to endure every rotation. In the NW we already have this and even for all its flaws it is better than changing.
