Very disappointing and sad to see that British Airways have imposed social media restrictions on staff posting about their work, in particular the pilots who always provide excellent insight into what they do. It’s always positive & gives BA great coverage. A real shame. #avgeek

Disappointed @BandQ was expecting a delivery of garden stuff today, ready for weekend. Text last night to say AM delivery. Today no show, nothing, no phone call or text, now told next Tuesday, after 'I' had to call CS. Not sure I'll do home delivery again :(
