.@bot now manages all my t3 threads - it’s kinda OP
And then each t3 thread runs via the poteto-Claude stack.
this is what we have setup: Grok Bot together with Hermes and @squad_so_ using @mvanhorn Agent Tincan

I want self-hosting to feel amazing.
The best parts of my favourite PaaS dashboards. My own servers. Horizontal scaling so simple that five machines feel like one.
So I'm building it. Today I'm launching Ployz - ployz.dev/
This is the platform I've always wanted for myself. Push code, preview changes, run my databases. When I need more capacity, add a server and spread my app across it.
Under the hood is an orchestrator I've written in Rust, leaning heavily on Uncloud's architecture and what looks like a similar direction with Coolify v5. Openship and I have somehow launched similar products with the exact opposite architecture (lightweight rust agent ftw).
Anything I can do in the dashboard, my coding agent can do too.
The ZFS groundwork is landing with this launch. Moving databases between servers, like in the video, is next. There's plenty left to build, and a long list of things I personally want from this.
Open source. Free to run on your own servers.
If you've been wanting this too, give it a try.

kinda tempted to try host my website on claude code sandboxes for entirely for free
i think it may be possible with ployz (my coolify alternative)
would be a fun hacky experiment

.@tannerlinsley With better-auth 1.7 having a hydrateSession, this Tanstack Start guide (better-auth.com/docs/integra…) feels wrong - it still puts a network request in beforeLoad. However I'm not smart enough to figure out how to integrate it properly.
One $200 codex subscription has yielded me almost $100,000 in tokens, and I still have 5 resets left.
Surely I’ve got to be one of the top 0.01% users of codex.
What’s funny is I’m also using a $200 Claude subscription, but it barely registers.
Wanna confirm @thsottiaux?

Meanwhile ~5m services stayed up on Railway’s custom datacenters
That’s ~2m users who didn’t get paged, and likely 10’s of millions of downstream users of their sites
