Caleb Hammer completely unloads on a Louisiana couple after learning their $100,000 household is collecting $500 a month in FOOD STAMPS. That’s $6,000/year in TAX-FREE income. HAMMER: “That PISSES me off.” That $6,000 cushion is exactly what lets them blow $3,600 a year eating out. Taxpayers cover the groceries so they can hit the restaurants. Hammer was so disgusted he stopped talking to them and started ranting under his breath, while the couple sat frozen in stunned silence. Maybe everyone gaming the system should have to sit across from a taxpayer and explain themselves. Something tells me the look on Hammer’s face will haunt them the next time they eat out.

The IRS sent armed agents into a family bakery and drained $68,382 from its bank account. Their “crime”? Depositing their OWN CASH in amounts under $10,000. Then the government demanded ANOTHER $160,000 and a guilty plea to a FELONY. The IRS called it “structuring”: deliberately keeping deposits small to dodge bank reporting rules. DAVID VOCATURA: “I said to them, ‘Maybe I should get a lawyer.’ And they said, ‘You don’t need one, step in the back.’” “Until the day they came in, I had no idea what structuring was.” “I’m a law-abiding citizen. I can’t remember the last time I got a speeding ticket.” Nearly three years after seizing the money, a prosecutor came back with a deal that carried up to FOUR YEARS IN PRISON: DAVID VOCATURA: “They wanted us to pay another additional $160,000 in fines and plead to a felony charge of structuring.” They refused. You bake bread for three generations. You pay your taxes. You put your own money in the bank. And the IRS treats you like a criminal, demanding nearly a quarter million dollars. CONTEXT: Fortunately, the IRS didn’t get away with this one. Hours after the Institute for Justice sued, the IRS agreed to return all $68,382.22. Two weeks later, it withdrew a grand jury subpoena demanding eight years of the bakery’s business records. Crazy that they tried to ruin a business over depositing money into their own bank account.

Boomers just got a 3.6% inflation adjusted raise in social security benefits Meanwhile everyone else just had the 6th straight month of negative real earnings Despite this all you will hear about is how tough 'fixed income' is for boomers while we're literally getting poorer

If jewish people create “jews-only” communities, it’s apparently “okay.” But if white people do exactly the same thing, guess who’s suing them for discrimination?
🇺🇸✡️ WATCH: Historic Milestone in Florida as Over 80 Orthodox Jewish Families Move Into New $100 Million-Plus Community and Schools Open More than 80 families from New York have moved into Lakefront Estates, where schools have now opened. Dozens more families are expected in the coming weeks, following reported investment of hundreds of millions of dollars in the project. Located in Glades County near Lake Okeechobee, Lakefront is a purpose-built residential community. The broader development plan calls for up to 1,000 single-family homes and 300 rental units. The vision goes beyond housing: plans include synagogues, mikvahs, boys’ and girls’ schools, a yeshiva, a kollel, kosher shopping and medical services. Developers are targeting families seeking more space and an alternative to soaring housing costs in established Orthodox neighborhoods. Hatzalah South Florida has also begun organizing a local branch, meeting with prospective responders who will serve Lakefront. With families arriving and classrooms opening, the focus now shifts from construction to building the services a growing community needs.

Has anyone ever won anything (besides an apple pie) from McDonalds Monopoly? They literally made a documentary about how the whole thing was fixed and a scam, then they came back next year with a digital version and nobody said anything. #McDonaldsMonopolyScam

Elliott Williams: “I had an autopen when I worked at ICE.” Scott Jennings: “Did you allow people to use the name Eliot Williams without your knowledge of the document or what was on the page?” Elliott Williams: “I don’t recall.” Scott Jennings: “I’m asking you. If you were a government official and you had an autopen, which you did, would you let some staffer sign things in your name without reading?” Elliott Williams: “Was my authority delegated to that individual? And I think they do have the authority to do so.” Scott Jennings: “The authority to delegate pardons and executive orders? The President of the United States can say, you unelected staffer, can go sign my name on a document that I’ve never seen for a decision that I’ve never made?” Elliott Williams: “Quite often, the United States code delegates authority.” Scott Jennings: “Nobody can be delegated the pardon power. It is a constitutional power and I don’t really think you can delegate the executive order power either, because the executive has to make the order.”

What the fuck happened to @ChickfilA?? 10 years ago, this sandwich would be 1/3rd of a pound of juicy white chicken breast. Now it’s dry, flat, 25% breading, and the texture barely passes as “chicken”
