Thank you for visiting my campaign X page. If your intention was to visit my official House of Representatives X page, please click here: @RepNewhouse.
It was great having @SecretaryWright in the Tri-Cities to visit Hanford, @PNNLab, and Ice Harbor Dam.
Secretary Wright is an incredible leader of DOE and I enjoy the partnership we have to make America energy dominant! 🇺🇸
The Lower Snake River Dams are vital to our way of life in the Pacific Northwest. I’m thankful for President Trump and Secretary Wright’s actions to Defend our Dams.
America’s energy infrastructure is a PRIORITY!
President Trump is working to protect the lower Snake River Dams that are critical to energy abundance — producing over 3,000 megawatts of affordable, reliable, secure hydroelectric generating capacity, enough generation to power 2.5 million American homes.
Due to a family matter, I will no longer be speaking Saturday at Kamiakin HS. The Tri-Cities should turn out in force for parental rights and to protect girls sports.
Join me in Kennewick next Saturday 10/25 with @letsgowa to help get signatures for two important initiatives - defending parental rights and protecting girls sports.
Children belong to their parents, not OSPI.
Gas prices are down across the country because of @POTUS and @DougBurgum, except here in Washington State thanks to the Climate Commitment Act and Bob Ferguson’s six-cent per gallon tax increase.
The national average is down to $3.05, but in WA it’s $4.44. Outrageous.

It was great to stop by the Klickitat County GOP meeting this evening to talk about the Democrat shutdown in DC, the damage that Bob Ferguson is doing to our state, and how we can make our communities safer 🇺🇸
The House is not on a “VACATION”, we are waiting for you and your Democrat colleagues to pass a clean CR and open the government.
If anyone is taking a “VACATION”, it’s Senate Democrats.
Why in the world has Speaker Johnson sent the House on a four-week VACATION while millions of people are about to get kicked off their health care? @RepEmilyRandall and I could not answer that if we tried.
Congratulations to the Seattle @Mariners on an incredible extra-inning victory! An instant classic.

Hank Cramer is an Army veteran who served for 28 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel — he and other veterans across the country know that the Democrat-shutdown impacts veterans' access to important services.
House Republicans did their part, like @RepNewhouse, voted to keep the government open, now it’s 100% up to Democrats to do their job.
Awesome to see @BrandiKruse at the White House today advocating for action against Antifa. We must clean up our cities, especially Seattle. Keep up the great work, Brandi!
The blame for the impending shutdown lies squarely on the shoulders of Senate Democrats. Their refusal to keep the government open will have devastating impacts on our farmers, veterans, and small business owners.
Enough of the partisan games, pass the House’s CR, and keep the government open.
The Yakima County Democrats Facebook post about Charlie Kirk was shameful and embarrassing.
Meanwhile, County GOP parties across CD4 are holding vigils and appropriately honoring Charlie Kirk and his legacy.
The contrast couldn’t be more stark.
Politically motivated violence has no place in our society. My prayers are with Charlie Kirk and his loved ones
Today, we honor the 13 brave men and women who gave their lives four years ago at Abbey Gate.
Their service to our great nation should not be forgotten.
It was a pleasure having my friend and Chairman @GT_TeamGT in the Tri-Cities this evening supporting my re-election.
As a third generation farmer from the Yakima Valley, I’m proud to be on the Ag Committee to advocate for Washington’s agricultural producers.
If Inslee said three words, two of them were guaranteed to be ‘carbon dioxide’.
Burdensome environmental regulations, like the Climate Commitment Act, are driving up energy and fuel prices, directly harming small businesses and our agricultural producers.
Incentive problems (via @WAPolicyGreen):
"In fact, Washington state’s carbon dioxide emissions increased every year of Inslee’s first decade in office, except 2020. The governor’s policies were so ineffective that, in 2019, Florida’s per capita CO2 emissions were actually lower than Washington state’s, having been 10 percent higher just six years earlier. Florida, with no meaningful climate policy, outperformed Washington with Jay Inslee at the helm.
Given a choice between candidly assessing the results of his policies and political expediency, the governor routinely chose politics.
When he took office, Inslee promised to track the results of his policies, creating a web page that showed progress toward climate goals. He said the goal was to use that data to fix problems and improve outcomes. But in 2019, just prior to announcing his presidential campaign, Inslee’s administration shut down the page. His administration was missing virtually all its targets, an embarrassing reality for the 'climate candidate.'
Washington is now so far behind its 2030 emissions targets the state will have to cut CO2 emissions by the equivalent of three COVID-level pandemic shutdown reductions cumulatively."

Single party rule in Olympia has made our once great state overtaxed, over regulated, and unsafe.
Washington State ranks an embarrassing 36th place for Best Place to Live, as Idaho lands 2nd place.
To add salt into the wound, WA State is now also ranked Most Dangerous State in the US.
40yrs of single party rule has consequences.

The murder of State Trooper Chris Gadd could have been avoided if not for Washington's sanctuary policies. I asked @GovBobFerguson about that today. Here's his response.
